It's very noisy, kind of trashy crowd, but some nice people are still around. I wouldn't advise you to live there...

Do not move here. There is chronically insuff parking and nobody cares.

The siding and windows have undergone continuous changes over the past two years, but unfortunately, the rainy weather in Oregon has made it challenging to enjoy the balcony except during the favorable seasons of spring and summer. However, access to the balconies has been completely blocked using wooden blocks, rendering them completely unusable during the only season you can enjoy them. The construction process involves carrying out small tasks in each unit before returning to the same units again, creating an ongoing cycle of dust, noise, and workers occupying your unit, balcony, or the area just outside your door. This constant disturbance can be highly disruptive, especially if you work from home. Additionally, the construction progress is remarkably slow and incredibly bothersome. Given these circumstances, I strongly discourage anyone from choosing to live here.

Do not move here. There are Daytona like vehicles up and down Wilkins and 206th, all day long, all night long. If you are looking for a comfortable peace, this place is not it.

I used to like this complex before they went ghost mode on my girlfriend and I. Our maintenance requests and even phone calls/messages/voicemails are consistently missed. They used to be very responsive a year ago but now I will have to look elsewhere before our lease is up. Currently it’s been 4 days of leaving messages and emailing “Don’t respond” bots, and that’s for one problem on top of many we’ve vocalized before. Including our broken window that has yet to be fixed for A YEAR. Goodbye Quatama village!

We've lived here for almost 2 years. It's a quiet complex and I feel relatively safe living here. I like that a carport comes with our unit. Open parking for a 2nd car is a bit tricky sometimes but not impossible. Guest parking is almost nonexistant, especially on weekend nights. The complex is very close to the Max stop so it's easy commuting. We have not experienced roach issues, but our unit is on the top floor and is not close to the wetland area so that may be why. We have had seasonal beetles, but nothing major. It's a pretty quiet apartment, but again we're on the highest floor so there is no one above us.Rent increase was not absurd, about $100 for month to month. Water and other utilities bill back at around $80-$90 depending on the month. There's been some car theft issues (catalytic converter) in the back parking lot, as well as some folks poking around the dumpsters, but not as bad as Portland in my opinion. Staff has been communicative. All in all I've enjoyed my time living here.

We had a great experience living here. The office was excellent. They were always there to help when needed and very accommodating. Claudia was my favorite, sometimes I’d stop in just to say hi to her! It genuinely felt like home and we will miss Quatama Village. Thank you for an awesome 2 years.

Im pretty sure I’ve never seen these 5 star reviewers before here at the complex. The honest truth. This place needs some serious updating. Everything is constantly breaking. The carpet seems like its never been replaced and it smells no matter how many cleanings they do. The management cant do anything to help you. This place rent keeps going up but the property stays dated and ugly. The tub crackles, the hot water takes years to get hot. Its honestly like living in a motel. The reason I give it two stars is because the groundskeeping is decent.

After about 6 months of living at Quatama Village, my wife and I feel like we hit the lottery by finding this place! Management is responsive and easy to work with, maintenance has taken care of a number of small issues promptly, and our unit has a great layout for our needs. The real bonus is that our deck overlooks the nature area- as wildlife lovers it’s been great! We’ve seen a number of mammal species (including river otters!) and 55 bird species. All that to say, our experience at Quatama Village has far exceeded our expectations for what an apartment complex could provide.

Had very bad experience when I leave my old apartment after 1 year. They charge me around $500. They charge me for the entire apartment painting though the painting was almost new as before. they change me $170 for cleaning the house though I have clean the house by myself. then they separately charge another $80 for carpet cleaning although the carpet was completely clean. They charged my every penny that vendor charged them for making the apartment completely new.
