It's very noisy, kind of trashy crowd, but some nice people are still around. I wouldn't advise you to live there...

Do not move here. There is chronically insuff parking and nobody cares.

Do not move here. There are Daytona like vehicles up and down Wilkins and 206th, all day long, all night long. If you are looking for a comfortable peace, this place is not it.
