My phone was stolen Wednesday evening and Thursday morning I went to get my replacement. The store had been open less than an hour and Nicholas Levine was the only salesman working and he was already with a customer. I won’t bore you with the details of my visit or transaction but it is imperative that I thank Nicholas for his outstanding service. He has to be the greatest asset of this business. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20+ years and this was the best sales experience I’ve ever had. If possible, I won’t buy another phone from anyone else. I hope the management takes care of him.

I can't find my receipt to find the correct spelling, but Darell? the employee at the tanasbourne location that helped us, was an incredible customer service expert. He was calm and kind. Listened to our questions and concerns. Took the time to properly explain and break everything down for us so we had full understanding of the situation. He was quick and attentive while also giving us a full resolution to our situation. It was a great experience and he deserves a raise or promotion! The company is lucky to have an employee who provides the service he did.”

“My husband, Gregg and I met Austin Weseman as we walked in the AT&T store at Progress Ridge! Right away we felt so comfortable with talking to him. We were looking for 2 new phones and an IPad. Austin talked to us and helped us to find the best phones for us. He told us about prices that would work for our budget. Once we made our choices he followed through with us to make sure all was going the way we’d expected. When our new phones arrived, he helped us set them up and taught us what we needed to know! We went back several times to ask questions and he was always so willing to help us. You see we are both 81 and need extra care! And understanding. We got it from Austin! He’s the best!!”

From the moment Laura engaged with, she treated me with deep care and consideration. She listened attentively to my concerns, showed compassion, and more importantly quickly found effective solutions to my problem. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service were truly outstanding. AT&T is very lucky to have such a remarkable leader. “These guys rock, super polite and patient and never did I feel like I was being hustled. They try to work with you as much as they can. I came here because another cricket wanted to charge me an outrages price and then when I came here they said “yeah that guy was trying to get with extra bundles” best cricket experience I have ever had.”
“I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I have been having trouble with my voicemail for more than a year and a half. I tried calling Cricket, going into other locations and could not get the problem fixed. Anthony spent time with me, tried many different solutions, talked with me to fully understand the problem and fixed it! While we were waiting, he also let me know how I could save money on a better plan. Overall, he was wonderful, I highly recommend this location!!”
“A couple of months ago, I bought a Samsung phone from AT&T. The phone worked OK, but I felt like I wasn't getting all it had to give. I made an appointment with the Bridgeport AT&T shop. What a difference: the employee there tweaked an issue or two, then explained how/why. Now my phone is all I'd hoped it would be.”
“Love the guy at front counter! Always smiling, helpful, great customer service. Company isn't anything impressive, long time customers are treated worst then new customers and old existing customers aren't offered any new deal plans. Cricket overall is a crappy company. But love guy at that store”
“I had a bad experience with one of the ATT stores in beaverton a couple of days ago. Stayed seated and only got up when asked about a case. All his answers were I needed to contact customer support to get it working saying they didn't do that there.
Went to the one in Hillsboro today. It was totally different experience. OSCAR greeted
me right away and did all that he could to get my phone going. There were a couple of things he couldn't though. All in all he did an outstanding job.”
