I've lived here with my gf for more than 3 months and it's such a wonderful little community right here! Dixie and Meghan are up to date and involved with the residents and they do events every month or so that involves prizes! I can't speak for other units, but where we're at, our neighbors are so kind and quiet and for the most part everyone minds their own business here. Definitely a nice area to live in for sure :) Parking is a little funky, but if you don't mind walking a little distance if you have a 2nd car then it's nothing too big. But overall, wonderful apartments!

I have lived in a lot of places and I have rented my whole life! This is the first time renting has felt like home and the first time that I have lived in a newly remodeled home. They accept and lavish over your pets and are always doing fun games and entertaining the tenants, as well as keeping the grounds exceptional as well as everything else. Everything is anesthetic to look at and I feel grateful.

i’ve lived at devonshire manor for over a year now and i have to say it is one of the best places i’ve been able to call home. not only are the front office staff and maintenance friendly, but many of the neighbors are very kind as well. we’ve never had a problem with anything and anytime we’ve had a question it’s been answered swiftly. i also love that the property is fenced off, it makes it feel a lot safer for not only me, but my child and my dog too. (also brownie points for washer/dryer, and dishwasher in unit!!)

Love that the complex is so well maintained, and the management are so kind and understanding! I do wish we had access to the gym before or after 9pm when the doors lock. It's a great, pet especially dog friendly, community ? Major bonus points for no breed restrictions

Quiet area and I feel safe in the neighborhood. Staff in office and in maintenance are always friendly, waving and saying hi when I pass by or stop by.

Overall I would highly recommend looking at other options for renting. We wound up choosing Devonshire given that we were under a time crunch, and I wished we had looked elsewhere. Tenants are noisy, area outside the complex is sketchy to put it kindly, repairs take weeks to get fixed, management struggles with communicating, people don't clean up after their pets, etc. And if you have pets you can say goodbye to your deposit. We lost a good chunk of ours for carpet replacement even though we shampooed it and vacuumed before we left. For the amount they are charging for rent, definitely shop around before committing here.

I am happy to have called Devonshire Manor "home" for almost 2 years now! I love the layout of my apartment, I love the layout of the complex as well! Management and Maintenance are so quick to respond to any issues or concerns and do so with good spirits and good humor! I just recently signed my one year lease renewal but would have happily signed one for 5 years! I plan to call this place home for many years. The grounds are kept clean and well landscaped, and am looking forward to the gym and pool re-opening after their updates! I love how Management is always finding ways to make us feel like a community here!

Wonderful maintenance is working here. His name is Allen. He is a very good personality. He is retired but decided to work. I am very glad. I am very thankful to him for his job. When I know that he is here, I know that everything will be very well. Without him the life here is absolutely different.

Ok first I love Bob, Bob is great but the new owner she's really rude I don't want to assume but she might be racist like for a thing she is always complaining about everything like she will say you can only put things here and then the next day she will tell you, you can't put it there.I let my dog without a leash for like a minute because he new the way back home and I put it back on and god she was really mad . Iwouldn't be surprised if Bob leaves like I would to if I'm being honest. One time I was waiting outside of the apartment and she was watering her flowers and I was waiting for my parents and she kept looking at me like if I was giving her an attitude that's not even all she has done ⚠️⚠️if you want to move here DON'T she will be a pain and just don't ⚠️⚠️thank me that is all for now be safe ❤

When we first moved in last year, management is great. The apartments are nice and well maintained.Since new management has taken over, they are very difficult to get a hold of and the answering machine doesn't even have an after hours emergency number for residents to call.

This place deserves negative stars. The new manger is an absolute horrible woman. She does not care about any of the residents and goes out of her way to take every dollar from you that she can. I don’t recommend moving here to my worst enemy. Don’t even step foot on the property because it’s a guarantee this woman will try to rob you. She should be ashamed of herself. When my lease is up I will be gone. As will everyone else.

New management does not care about you .They are strict on what you are aloud to have on your patio .Rent goes up every year.Forget about having a guest over, there is no parking for them. And garage is Spendy and a waitlist.Pet Rent per pet.Maintenance only helps when they feel like it.Don't recommend
