Tried canceling last month, and they continue to bill me after reaching out and now daily trying to get my money back. I'd give them less than a star, but it's not an option, but if you want half a star gym ,crunch should be your destination.

This location is slowly downgrading. Place is not very clean anymore, is too crowded and some of the cool zumba instructors are no longer there. I'm opting to drive longer and visit the Beaverton location instead.

I made an account for someone and later tried to cancel. I've been told many things from multiple people over the phone and in person. Who was Cheri Halleman at the front desk and Zach on the phone. I spoke with some other guy as well but forgot to ask for his name. I told everyone my whole situation, hoping to get things right. My debit card was apparently deactivated by Zach, and I still got charged again. I was asking Cheri respectfully for any information for the owner so we could figure things out but was denied at request. Twice. I'm sure both people are just doing their job, and that's why I need to speak to the owner or someone who can actually help me out. I see the owner is responding to reviews here, so I hope you can reach out and make things right. I would appreciate your time.

I go here a few times a week between 7 and 10pm. Usually a pretty mixed crowd. Some days are busy and others are dead. Can't speak to the women's locker room, but the men's is usually pretty clean. Sometimes people leave or spill food in the locker room but it's cleaned up the next time I'm there. Has hydro massage, massage chairs, and tanning booths that I haven't used. Not as big or full featured as some other crunches I've been to, but has everything you need to get sweaty and exhausted.

How frustrating that on the weekends I won't be there at the indicated time, do you think you have nothing to do??? I've been waiting for 40 minutes and still no one opens the door.... a lot of people out here waiting... it's almost always like that.

I did go here, but now I refuse to return because of how they treat people. I’ve witnessed them arguing with customers and lashing out over the smallest issues. The management seems to run a tight-knit clique with certain employees, and when it comes down to them or the customers, it’s the customers who always lose.

I have been relatively satisfied with this gym (2.5 years) as it is cheap and conveniently close to home, but it is definitely the worst gym environment I have had to workout in.
1) Machines are constantly under maintenance giving me the impression that the repairs done aren't sufficient enough for long-term use.
2) Adherence to gym rules seems to not be of concern to the staff as weights are left out wherever people throw them and gym bags are left near benches and in pathways every single day. It is almost comical now as they move the "No Bags" sign around the gym floor and I watch people carry their bags from station to station passing the sign every single day. The lockers are free.
3) Worst of all has to be the music noise level. I don't mind that the staff picks their favorite music to play, but when you only have half the speakers turned on (above the free weight area) that doesn't mean you turn the volume up twice as loud so you can hear it at the front desk. Even my noise cancelling headphones can't block out the insane decibels being pumped onto the floor. Then to combine it with the workout groups that blast music from the side room, I walk past groups of gym-goers having to yell at each other just to hear their own conversations. It shouldn't be a problem to hear metal clang together or the occasional exhale from someone working out. It's a gym. We are all here to damage our muscle fibers, not our ear drums. If my phone is warning me that my in-ear volume is registering damaging levels and I still struggle to hear my music over the gym speakers, maybe it is time to turn the volume down.

You should thank people for leaving constructive feedback not insulting them.

The personal training sessions are okay. Not my cup of tea I personally feel like they can put a little more effort into it. I am a combat medic/APFT Grader some of the exercises seem lack of work and lazy. Plus the fees for the trainer are a pretty penny. I rather would just go to Planet Fitness in Aloha where the trainer john actually really cares and makes a big community along with checks up on you personally.

The gym was good and the people were great, but it took about 5 days of back and forth to cancel my membership after I moved.

Only $10 a month but they make sure to charge you ONE last time before allowing you to cancel by making you wait 30 days before it’s ACTUALLY cancelled, which makes no sense. They guarantee themselves at least two yearly charges of $50. One two months into the membership and ANOTHER one a year in. The way they guarantee it is because if you cancel within the first year there is a $100 early cancellation fee. So if you want to cancel within a year you pay $150 in fees, if you wanna cancel after a year you pay $100 in fees. Either way they made their money. It’s dumb
