I normally don't post anything about any experience I have, but this was literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The supervisor of this store actually hung up on me, twice, no yelling, no poor language, just regular conversation, explaining the difficulties experienced in transferring data from the old iPhone to the purchased iPhone. The employee already set the phones up, without letting me know and I after I returned home, I was unable to access the automated iPhone quick start page to easily transfer data from one phone to another, because the employee had already set up the iPhone and swiped out of all the syncing options. I was forced to use several outside transfer apps that didn't do the transfer of data properly and has now caused issues with my wife's phone. All I said is that employees need to be aware that if they are going to set up a phone for the customer without permission, especially on an iPhone, that it will forfeit the use of the quick start page Apple offers for ease of transfer. She didn't want to hear that, so she just hung up on me. At first I thought maybe our connection was lost, so I called back to speak to her again, and she was rude again and admitted she hung up on me. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor? I said, your kidding me, your the supervisor? I asked her what her name was, so that I can contact customer service about this experience and she hung up on me again, so I didn't even get a name. You just can't make this stuff up! This is what happens when there are no "corporate stores" representing the company and they are all authorized sellers that only care about the sale and aren't trained for customer service! They couldn't care less!

Came to get phone set up on ACP at 6:20 and the store was closed. Hours state open til 7! Called and voicemail stated the hours open til 7 yet no one is there and the lights are all off

I felt very well taken care of here. It took a bit of time to fill out application but the assistant manager was very patient and kind. I forgot my reading glasses and was slower than I ever thought possible. He made sure to check on me in between other customers as it was a very busy afternoon.

The phones they sell are slow and frustrating to use. I bought a moto g 5 stylus and it continues to crash and not work due to software issues. I called and asked for a refund and was told they would not provide it. Basically don't waste your money here .
