The cashiers at this location have a habit of overcharging for drinks and not providing receipts. On this occasion, the scanner showed $20.99 plus a deposit; Diana charged me $25.99. When I asked for a receipt, she canceled the transaction and adjusted the price to $25.49. I canceled the transaction and went to another store.

Chuck the older "gentleman" , yelled at me, cussed at me repeatedly, told me to "go suck on a bag of dicks" after I told him he had the items in the store that he didn't put in my DoorDash order, also didn't let DoorDash know he didn't have the items so I was charged $25 for $5 in stuff. This guy needs to be fired!! Also told the DoorDash driver he wasn't going to make the chciken sandwiches, he had another employee on staff. Store had no customers, and he still was unable to do the bare minimum.

This gas station consistently hires the worst gas pumpers. The manager is a sweetie and works a to keep the place running, but despite the fact that she has a hard time keeping the place staff, they need to do way better on who they hire.

Saturday 05/27/23 around 3pm. A young Mexican gas attendant inserted ROUGHLY the fuel nozzle into the gas tank opening of my car. I complained about his action. He became very rude and disrespectful. I just left without getting any gasoline.

I came in around 11 o'clock wanting to spend $14 on gas, $4 on food and walk away with $2. So, I picked out something with a huge 2 for $4.50 sign, and said that I wanted $14 on pump 1. I get back a quarter and some change and go, \"the sign says 2 for $4.50..?\" and was informed that that's with some rewards membership. I wasn't asked if I wanted to sign up or if I was a member, and when I requested a refund I was told that the cashier himself, nor any of the 3 workers out front conversing are able to assist me. And that only the manager can on Monday. This was Saturday. Either the worker was lying, or the manager is power-tripping and cares more about control than business. I just don't understand how 0 out of 4 employees are unable of issuing a refund. If it were me I'd have refunded the customer and handled the paperwork next time I saw the manager. After that, I pumped my own gas.

This has always been my go to gas station for over a decade until today. I asked for only $20 fill, but the employee ignored my request, decided to fill up my tank. When I called him over to stop, he told me that I should have done it myself. Then said he only heard $40 not twenty, but it was already over $40. He won't even give me a receipt, then walked away.His name is Jim. He lied to my face, laughed, then said I can't do anything to him because I handed him my credit card. I didn't know that by giving my credit card to a Chevron employee means they can charge whatever they want.I went to talk to the manager, and she admitted that he does this to quite a few customers, and corporate has not put a stop to it.
