Been my branch for almost 15 years and never had any problems. Tellers are always pleasant and helpful. Sorry they aren't open Saturdays anymore.

Extremely disappointed with the Banker at this branch. Very rude and some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Possibly a one off issue, but I will be moving my business to a new bank.

I absolutely love this bank!! I've banked with several ones & Chase is by far the best. Paige (the bank manager) is amazing & will always take time to assist. I have found all the staff to be pleasant and very helpful. Thank you all for a great experience every time.

Horrible employees are no help what’s so ever and. Get an attitude when you try to ask questions. Would not recommend this branch at all go check out the cedar hills location way nicer and way more helpful

Lazy employees shut down early. A bank employee was outside the branch discouraging people from using the drive-thru teller prior to the post at closing time of the branch.

I called a couple of days and talked to the manager from Scappoose Oregon Bank location named Kim. For the first time she made my experience in calling exceptional and truly excellent. She solved my problem and even went out of her way to call me back personally in regards to the unforeseen circumstance. She made me feel valued and especially believed my situation and truly helped me out with this problem with my past transactions. It's too bad that she is only temporarily at this location because I strongly believe and feel that she would make a positive impact and great experience to other customers. I didn't have to even call a different department or get the run-around to fix my problem which I have had to do it in the past even especially knowing that at this time customers are not able to visit the store to fix the situation because of the covid- 19 viruse. Again I really appreciate all her hard work and excellent customer Service. An examplary of manager that I have not experienced in a very long time. Thank you Kim. May you get recognized for the valuable manager that you are and hopefully go further with this branch. I was very blessed to get her on the phone and get a peace of mind in the end. I'm giving this experience a 5 star just because I didn't meet her in person but would of liked to do it in person.

I have ran into a few problems with deposited checks. I have gone in and talked with them, they did everything they could to get me.my money ASAP. Always a pleasure talking with the manager there.

This bank is one of the worst bank I have ever seen. On 4/6/2020 I deposited 2 check online, but after 1 hr I got email saying the larger amount check didn't go though. I called Chase to ask why my check didn't get deposited to my account the person said manager will call you after 15 days. Also she mentioned the email didn't come from them and she repeated her herself expect phone call from the bank manager in 15 days. I would have gone to the bank to deposit it in person but we are under the state stay home order.

This is my go to Location - Usually because of the drive thru but going in for the ATM is great as well if you'd like a few $5 bills to keep on hand. I've been in the branch - once when I needed to close an old account and open a new one. Super easy process - the bank manager helped me. Super friendly! Sometimes - there are sketchy people walking around at night and usually you'd have to scan your Chase card to unlock the door to go into the ATM but it doesn't seem to work. It's opened without me sliding my card. Very uncomfortable when people chose to stand behind you while using the ATM instead of waiting outside the door (when the bank is closed) Once I had came back to my car from using the ATM and ended up staying parked because a lady had walked to the ATM and a guy went in after her and he looked a bit sketchy. (Dirty clothes, grooming) To make sure she was okay - I sat there but she ended up leaving as soon as that guy went in, which was completely understandable. I waiting for her to get to her car and in the process. The guy didn't even use the ATM - he left. Which was very odd!! I don't feel like there's enough lighting in this area.
