“I've lived here with my gf for more than 3 months and it's such a wonderful little community right here! Dixie and Meghan are up to date and involved with the residents and they do events every month or so that involves prizes! I can't speak for other units, but where we're at, our neighbors are so kind and quiet and for the most part everyone minds their own business here. Definitely a nice area to live in for sure :) Parking is a little funky, but if you don't mind walking a little distance if you have a 2nd car then it's nothing too big. But overall, wonderful apartments!”

“It was a great experience living there. The maintaining team was so efficient and nice, as well as the reception team. After I moved to AZ, I accidentally send a book purchase at my old address (center point departments) and Mike and Hunter recovered my book for me and send it to my new address right away! It was very nice from them. They care for they past and present residents, I can definitely confirm it!”

“My wife and I moved in here about two weeks ago from California and we couldn't be happier ?. We absolutely love the staff in the office and a special shout out to Alex the leasing Manager who has been amazing!!! If your looking for a great place to live its here! With all the food and shopping places around here we are just blown away. The apartment is beautiful and has new appliances ? the parking garage is a big plus aswell. The fact that they have a beautiful pool and large hottub plus a sweet gym ?️‍♂️ ?️‍♀️ checks all the boxes for us. We also have two wonderful Cats ? and they seem to love it here just as much as we do. If I could rate higher than five stars I would ✨️ this place is a gem ?!!!”

“Brad was very quick in responding to our maintenance request. Less than 12 hours response time! I have never experienced such excellent and fast service. Superb service in Tessera.”

“Changing my rating. This complex advertises how accessible the MAX station is, yet they've erected a pointless fence that adds time and energy to the walk. I overheard the maintenance workers checking the fence calling those who wanted to take the more direct path "lazy ****s." Very unfriendly for a place that shares a name with said MAX station.”

“I've lived at Cortland Village about two months now. I recommend it. It's quiet, well-maintained, and very well managed. Kristie and Kiley were helpful, professional and knowledgeable from the very start. I give it a full 5 stars.”

“I couldn't say better things about the management at Beaver Creek Apartments other than they are the absolute best at "customer satisfaction". I'd moved away from Beaver Creek last year, but by mistake directed an Amazon package to be delivered at my old address. I contacted Amanda (apartment manager), and she personally retrieved the package and took care of it's being returned to me. She could've very easily ignored me (as a former resident), but I couldn't have asked for a more professional, caring attitude on her part. They are the best!”

“i have lived at Sofi @ Forest heights since February, 2021. My move-out was March, 2024. So, 3 years. I have to say, this was the best apartment complex that I have lived in to date. Application process was easy with quick approval. Move-in was easy. Living here was easy. All tenants are very nice and respectul. There are lots of dogs and dog-owners. The roadway that circles around the 3 middle buildings makes the perfect sized dog-walking loop. Doggies make friends often. The apartments themselves are quite beautiful in their interior- up to date & modern appliances and flooring. Exterior is absolutely beautiful - if you happen to snap up a unit overlooking the forest. Very much worth it. Frogs- hundreds of them- chirp all night around the pond below. Deer, bunnies, squirrels, lots of birds and other animals. Secluded with lots of walking trails through the Forest Heights neighborhood woods. Responsive and tenant-representative management office team. Maintenance provides common-sense responses that work well with tenants to seek a satisfactory resolution in a timely manner. Common areas kept up nice with landscaping and cleanliness. Overall, a great place to live, and your own visitors will be impressed!”

“Somerset West apartments has been great, the managers are helpful friendly and respectful. The grounds are always maintained, if there is a problem they seem to be on top of fixing the problem right away. I would highly recommend milestone property's to anyone.”

“The Stratford management team (Karen and Mike) are an amazing duo. When my family moved in over a year ago we were in a bind. We had to be out of our old place in 2 weeks. Karen took care of us got us all moved in with time to spare. When I filled out a work order, Mike literally followed me to my apartment! The pictures I see on here are from before Mike and Karen took over.”

“Clean and safe, lots of green space very good for dogs. Management has been great. Groundskeeper/maintenance guys are quick to respond skillful friendly and respectful of property. Good neighbors and community. All units especially the bottom floor have great patios and direct access to open spaces for dogs. People actually pick up their poop for the most part too. That says a lot haha”

“The work done was perfect, and it doesn't take longer than expected. The guy did a good and neat job. Though, I was given an estimated date but faster than what I think. Kudos to the job well done ?”

“I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been renting here for 2 years and have had no issues besides maybe some HUMAN errors. This management has left us alone. Isn't over bearing, gives proper and formal written notices for any house work/increases, ect.I've really only dealt with Angie and she's amazing. I highly recommend this place because of her. She's made everything so smooth for us since day one.”

“When we first started searching for the perfect apartment for my daughter, we were extremely fortunate to have Jazlyn from the Leasing Office assist us and answer my many questions. In March, she took my daughter on a tour to see the available units, followed up with emails, and consistently communicated with me throughout the process. She was always knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional. Before her maternity leave, she was transparent in letting me know she would be gone for a while and when her last day was. She assured me that we would be helped by others in her office. True to Jazlyn's word, Chelsey and Victor, two other excellent employees in the Leasing Office, were there for us from June until July. They too were extremely helpful and patient, answering my many questions until the end where we signed the lease in July. Jazlyn, thank you for your help in our search for the perfect apartment and thank you, Chelsey and Victor, for constantly being there for us during the final months. :)”

“As a Nexus resident for close to two years and counting, I strongly feel that the complex is getting a raw deal on this site. This is one of a large number of apartment complexes in the Orenco Station area, and I assume that the main audience for these reviews is people who are moving to this area and deciding between those complexes. Good news for those people: all of the negative reviews about parking and towing are irrelevant to you! If you live here, you can park here, and your friends, with one of the two passes you get, can park here too. When I got a job in Hillsboro, I looked at all the apartments between the Max stop and New Seasons. The first thing I noticed was that Vector and Hub 9 had the highest reviews; the second thing I noticed was that neither apartment is air conditioned. Priorities may vary between residents, but for me, no air conditioning in a city with many 90-plus-degree summer days is an instant deal breaker. Those buildings look pretty, but that's useless to those of us who want to live comfortably in our apartments during summer. Nexus is air conditioned, which moved it to the top of my list. I've been happy with Nexus the entire time I've lived here. The office staff is friendly. The fire alarms you'll read about in the reviews here haven't been a problem in my experience - I have heard them go off in other Nexus buildings (never in my building), but during summer I hear fire alarms go off in the other apartment complexes across the street even more often. The apartments are spacious - they don't have the fancy interior design of a couple other nearby buildings, but when you bring friends over, they'll still say, "Nice place." Rent does increase every time I renew my lease, but this is standard throughout Orenco Station and I don't count it as a negative against Nexus. Among other positives, the maintenance staff regularly responds to requests on weekends, there is valet trash pickup, and the location between the Max and New Seasons is incredible. Above all, I'd advise those shopping for a place to rent in the Orenco area to look beyond the average star rating and look at the specific pros and cons of each place. For me, the decision was easy.”

“Excellent apartment complex I don't understand any of the negative reviews? I am a pretty new resident but the current manager is such a great person very professional and listens to anything you may need, her husband does some of the maintenance and is a kind person as well, the location of these apartments are excellent can barely hear the busy roads nearby and its extremely quiet and peaceful here, the inside of my unit is in great condition very spacious as well. ?”

“Excellent community and very helpful and professional staff. We ( my wife and myself ) have had a very positive experience at more than one Tandem property. We pay our rents on time and follow all the simple and realistic rules and regulations that are advised for a safe and courteous living environment. We decided to write another review after reading several negative reviews that if you "read between the lines" most, if not all, are based on residents that did not follow the very simple and logical steps involved in ...well...paying your rent, parking in your own space, respecting your neighbors and following realistic guidelines set down by management to create the wonderful living experience that is Tandem Properties. "This is the unbiased truth"...period.”

“We've lived here for almost 2 years. It's a quiet complex and I feel relatively safe living here. I like that a carport comes with our unit. Open parking for a 2nd car is a bit tricky sometimes but not impossible. Guest parking is almost nonexistant, especially on weekend nights. The complex is very close to the Max stop so it's easy commuting. We have not experienced roach issues, but our unit is on the top floor and is not close to the wetland area so that may be why. We have had seasonal beetles, but nothing major. It's a pretty quiet apartment, but again we're on the highest floor so there is no one above us.Rent increase was not absurd, about $100 for month to month. Water and other utilities bill back at around $80-$90 depending on the month. There's been some car theft issues (catalytic converter) in the back parking lot, as well as some folks poking around the dumpsters, but not as bad as Portland in my opinion. Staff has been communicative. All in all I've enjoyed my time living here.”

“I've lived at Verso for 2 years and can only recommend it. It's a great building and really well-maintained. It is always so clean and the maintenance team is on top of everything. I often use facilities such as the gym, the bike room and even the barbecue pits. It is also safe and a nice walkable neighborhood!”

“I moved in to this wonderful apartment less than a week ago. I discovered that one toilet seat was loose on one side, and one end vertical blind was missing. I put in a maintenance request on Monday night, when I got home from work Tuesday afternoon, both had been replaced! They even followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Great service at my new place, I'm thrilled to be living in a somewhere I'm comfortable and feel like I matter. I couldn't be happier! Truly!”

“I lived in apartments #316, for five months. It was very nice, an easy commute to my work on SW Gemini. It was summer, May till October, we spent many a happy evening around the pool and most mornings I hit the gym at 7:00 for an hour and enjoyed listening to NPR station on the radio there. Highly recommended.”
