Hi! Really happy with their work. I torqued my bumper off on my garage and man these people are the best. All new Toyota parts and mostly Jeff worked so patiently with me. He has great customer service skills! Check it out! Back to pre loss and guaranteed! They also worked directly with my insurance Co! Appreciate them!

If you want your car to be stuck at the shop for literally months, with the completion date extended over 6 times, then definitely go here. these people are the least professional I’ve ever heard from.

Unethical Business Practices!Tip: look them up in Better Business Bureau to see the number of complaints about them. I dropped off my 2020 Honda CR-V on Monday August 21 for repairs. I received a notification from them on Tuesday that it was being worked on and would take approximately 2 weeks to fix. However, when my husband visited the shop on Sep 1, he saw that the car had not been touched. Even after repairs started they were incredibly slow and simply running the clock to make the number add up. Now the repair bill is so high that insurance is forced to total my car. This is the second time they have unnecessarily kept the car at the shop and padded the bill on unnecessary costs. They are extremely unethical and unprofessional in their dealings and simply try to squeeze customers and insurance for as much as they can.

Extremely disappointed with this establishment. The front bumper to my BMW 435i had to be replaced due to an unforeseeable weather-related incident. Geico, my insurance provider, recommended I go with this Auto Body shop. So I did.I had my car dropped off, pictures were taken and an estimate was drawn. After about 3 weeks, the Auto Body shop called to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pickup. So I excitedly drove to the shop in my rental only to be told that the vehicle was in fact, not quite ready as they were still troubleshooting a fault code related to the parking sensors.I didn't mind that the car wasn't ready. I just found it rather odd that the shop would tell me my car was ready when it wasn't. I didn't think much of it. These things happen.About a week passed before I got another call saying that my car was ready for pickup. I picked up my car just as the establishment was closing on this particular day. It was dark outside at the time so I decided I would inspect the repairs the following morning.Morning came and my dismay, I noticed that the brake air-duct (passenger side) was missing. This missing part not only channels air to the brakes but it also acts as a shield to help prevent water and dirt from getting behind the bumper which houses numerous parking sensors, cameras and electrical wiring. I live in Oregon where it rains a lot so you can imagine my frustration.I immediately reached out to my adjustor (Laurie) from Geico explaining that the work on my vehicle was incomplete. She said she would let the Auto Body shop know.I didn't hear anything back from either party so I called the Body shop directly. I forget the person I spoke with but they were very apologetic and pointed out that since my vehicle had the M-sport package, they ordered the wrong parts and so things didn't fit as expected. Despite this, they went ahead and assembled the vehicle anyway. They were hoping that I wouldn't notice since this part sits behind the bumper and can only be seen by looking through the front mesh.I have lost all confidence in the repairs that were done up to this point. If an Auto Body shop knowingly assembles your vehicle even though they are aware that parts are missing, then their credibility should be questioned.I was told that they would order the correct parts and that I would get a call to bring my car in so that the repairs could be completed. Well, I'm sure you can guess by this point how this went. Of course no one bothered to call me. Notice a trend? We are now in 2022 and still nothing. All this happened back in November of 2021.I wasn't given a rental this this time even though I pay my insurance to have a rental in times like these. Their reason for not providing a rental this time was because my car was drivable as-is even after I pointed out my concerns. Oh well.I understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has made things difficult in general but I don't appreciate being lied to especially when I am paying a lot of money. I have been quite patient with this Auto Body shop. But my patience is getting me nowhere. Now I am seeking help from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to look into this business and to make sure that they finish the job they claimed they did.I will never recommend this place to anybody. The personnel seem friendly but unfortunately lack any sense of urgency. Please be aware before you take your vehicle(s) to this shop.

In 2021 I got into a car crash and GEICO referred me over to classic collision. They were good and helpful the first day I took my car in, but over the weeks past there communication depleted and emails and phone calls were done by me at some point. They kept saying parts were back order which I understand, but when my car was all done, sensors were still acting up, and parts were missing and are missing till this day. I’ve tried sending emails and still never got a response. Although my car is internally okay, externally it wasn’t done and incomplete.

Very helpful in explaining the process in connection with an accident where the other driver's insurance was coordinating the repair process of our vehicle. Good communication and conducted the whole process with integrity, which was unexpected but very much appreciated.Service: Body & Trim

Tip: You can contact the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission to file complaints onNegligent Work.First Issue: They attempted to deliver my car only partially completed, didn’t do a walk around on the car, and claimed they were unaware of the full claim. I should’ve considered that a red flag. The associate, Corbin, also made it seem like he was doing me a favor by contacting my insurance agency for his mistake.Second Issue: When I returned for my car the necessary repairs were made, but my car had new damages on it. Particularly a dent and large scratch on the passengers door opposite of the door they had repaired. The associate, Corbin, made a comment, “It looks brand new!” He didn’t do the required walk around and completely ignored the obvious new scratch and dent on my car. I had never experience such shameless negligence. If I were a man would I have received the same treatment?Services: Painting

I had a minor accident in June. The driver side bumper cracked and fender on driver's side tore. My car was with them for 1 month during which they said parts were unavailable. Well, I decided to take my car and asked them to reassemble the bumper and contact me when parts arrive. I got no call from them until I personally called them on October 6th. The receptionist transferred my call to the manager and he apologetically asked me to bring my car on October 11th. They promised my car would be ready for pick up the next day. I called and it was excuses. At last, my car was ready on the 17th after I called to inquire about the status. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend them.Service: Body & Trim
