“I’ve been dealing with a slow air leak in one of my tires for the past two months. I took it to Les Schwab twice, and both times they told me they couldn’t find any leak and said it was likely due to the weather changes. Today I decided to try Beggs and I’m really glad I did.
The team at Beggs found the issue right away. The leak was caused by corrosion on the tire bead, something the Les Schwab completely missed twice. They fixed it quickly and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes

“I want to say first, Joe thank you for stepping in and taking care of my frustrations. Donnie - I told him I was not looking to buy new tires yet just wanted to replace the cracked wheel first to get passed the winter then I would buy new wheels and tires for the 22in wheels on my truck. Well! My brother took my truck into Discount Tire to have the cracked wheel replaced. Donnie took this opportunity to down sale my brother behind my back with out me knowing about the used tires, (I had to have them he said.), after I told him not yet. I had 285 45 22s on my truck. Donnie sold my brother 275 50 22s a higher profile tire. After I told him no not yet, then took my tires off and put them in the back of my truck. Hey Donnie, listen to your customers needs not you just wanting to sale tires no matter what. You stabbed me in the back. All I wanted was to get cracked wheels taking care of. I will now not be buying new tires and wheel from Discount Tire. Joe and Will, you guys are the best but I just don't see me doing business there again. And there is more to this cluster "F", but I have had my say. Being safe is not the problem. Sell me one of the same tires I already had. My truck - my decision.

Joe, from Discount Tire in Albany, called me today and expressed his concerns over what happen. I want to thank Joe the manager of this store. I was very happy that Joe let me explain my side as the customer. He was willing listen to to me, and help me understand that there was no harm or disrespect meant. That was awesome. I agreed with Joe. This case is closed and I am happy with our conversation. The customer service from Joe was awesome. Oh ya I will be going back to buy tires for my new wheels from Discount Tire. Thanks Joe! ?
