There is a banker at Wells fargo who has gone above and beyond for my husband and I on several separate occasions not only has he gone above and beyond but is very professional and friendly! I would recommend him again and again!

Made a cash deposit and it’s been almost 3 days and they still haven’t put it through. To be fair they said there internet was down but even that the timeframe is getting ridiculous and if they can’t they should get assistance from another branch to process funds.

Tired of trying to get money when they close before I get off work. That wouldn't be an issue if there was EVER a working ATM. I have tried 3 times in 2 weeks and it is out of service every time. I am not ok with having to pay a fee to use another Banks ATM just to get cash I need to take care of my family.
