My experiences with this pharmacy has generally been positive. There are times when a medication is out of stock, but they usually get it in pretty quick. This is a busy pharmacy, so the lines do get long. The do try to move through the lines quickly. They do close the entire pharmacy for lunch. Be sure to check what times they close for lunch. I love that their hours are extended. It makes it easier when we cannot get there until evening time. Overall, as I previously mentioned, a majority of our experiences have been positive with this pharmacy. Be sure to ask if you have any questions. They have always been very helpful.

My prescription was called in by our doctor on the morning of Friday November 3rd for a glucose monitoring kit. That evening we went to pick it up and they state they hadn't received it. I called my doctor on Monday who said they have it notated that it was approved but they will call again. Monday afternoon I call Walmart again and they say they haven't received it and I should call my doctor again. They then proceeded to sign me up to receive a text when it's ready. On Tuesday morning we talk to the doctors office AGAIN who tell us they too will call Walmart AGAIN. This glucose monitoring kit was needed by Wednesday afternoon so it could be "installed" however it's now Wednesday evening November 8th and still no text. We had to cancel our doctor appointment and can't get rescheduled until the end of November. Save yourself the hassle and find another pharmacy because this one is worthless.

It’s really hit or miss when I come pick up my meds here. I have constant issues with my insurance not being run properly and there’s always one person that tells me I have to pay like $80. Then, a sup comes and miraculously fixes my info, and voila! 0 copay… would you look at that…. Sometimes the patient is right, huh?

I have interacted with 2 pharmacists here. 1 is absolutely wonderful and deserves more than 5 stars! The other, well, I have gone without picking up meds just to avoid interacting with her.

I've always had good service at Walmart pharmacy until recently I became ill with influenza A my doctor prescribed tamiflu One of the best medicine to lessen the severity/ duration of flu symptoms when my wife went to retrieve the prescription they repeatedly told it would be 20 more minutes, this went on for 2 hours until the pharmacy closed at which point they told her it was backordered and would be 1-2 days(tamiflu looses it's effectiveness within 48 hours of the first symptoms),I don't understand how this can happen this is a fairly common treatment it has a shelf life of 5 to 7 years seems to be very irresponsible of wallmart not to maintain sufficient inventory, even when we located some at a nearby Walgreens they provided little assistance when it was really needed, flu symptoms usually only last a few days to a week and tamiflu can shorten by 1-2 days, for those of you who have had the flu this is immense, very disappointed with wallmart signed wheezing and hacking

I went to Urgent Care and was there after 7 PM. When the DR sent my Rx to Walmart, she informed they were closed and she could send it Walgreens as they were still open. I went to Walgreens just to learn that Walmart had already run a claim with my insurance so Walgreens couldn’t bill it for my insurance to cover it. Walmart pharmacy was closed so how did they run the prescription in the 10 mins it took me to get to Walgreens. This is one out of many issues.

Walmart's no contact grocery pick-up is very spotty at best. When its good, which is about 60% of the time, its amazing. When its bad, the other 40% of the time, I am left with a car full of ruined groceries. When its bad, I get dented cans, cans bagged with corn chips, leaking fabric stain remover with food items. Also I get a stoned Walmart assistant that cant speak or hear anything because they are so high, and forget to bag items altogether and just put them into my trunk. Im moving on from this service.

Tried their grocery pick up. Showed up when it was my time and the app wasn't working for me to show I was there. Called the phone number on the sign, nobody answered. Finally flagged someone down who worked there and he said things wouldn't be ready for another hour and to try back (this is already 8PM). Said I would come back the following day. Arrived the following day, app still not working and nobody is answering the phone. Went into the store and spoke to the greeter. After waiting inside the store for another 30 minutes, I finally got the 8 items I had purchased. I could have gotten my items in less trips and in less time if I had simply walked into the store and gotten them myself. Lesson learned, laziness does not pay. There is also a very rude employee in this Walmart who yelled at my elderly father in law and my husband for not wearing masks. They were standing in the doorway and about to put them on, but my father in law has some cognitive deficits, so things take a little longer for him. The Walmart employee was clearly on some sort of power trip and yelled at them all the way across the produce section. We have never shopped at Walmart again and I would prefer to pay more for everything for the rest of my life than to ever darken the doorstep of any Walmart again. I am also pretty sure that you lose a piece of your soul every time you step into that place.

It's worth driving to any of the Salem Walmarts instead of shopping here. Go here only if you like tyrannical fascists discriminating against you and persecuting you. This is the only major retailer in the Willamette Valley that will kick you out of their store if you do not wear an ineffective face diaper. I thought it was my body my choice? Enjoy being on the wrong side of history.

INJECTION/NEEDLE USERS BEWARE. They gave me syringes with needles (that were too short) that have no luer lock. Not only do these needles leak, they also are near impossible to safely swap needles for drawing / injecting. To top it off, the ink from the syringe melted off on my skin while injecting.
