Every time I call to check on a prescription they hang up on me they put me on hold and then they hang up on me every time in this place. The waiting time is unreal. I spent 45 minutes in the drive-through the other day they need help. They are either that or the pharmacist is just real slow about talking to people she probably does it on purpose.

Pharmacy lines are horrid. But the tech behind the counter at walgreens was a superstar! She helped customers; filled bins, answered phones, & kept a smile on her face. I was amazed & in awe at how efficient she was. This blonde superstar exhibited professionalism & courtesy & she made a bad experience bearable for me. Thanks & I hope she's at the counter at my next visit.

They had had my prescription sitting in their office since 1 pm the day previous, I had to physically go down there and tell them that I needed that prescription for a serious infection in my eye and come to find out the pharmacist had still yet to review it by 10 am the followibg day. I had to be a total Karen to get my meds to prevent me from losing my eye. They also gave me a hell of a run around while I was on hold for almost two hours being transferred from person to person with no answers. Will never be using them again.

Pharmacist informed me I filled out theScript wrong?!? 1) I’m not the the doctor 2) it was for a toothache 3) they never called me to let me know there was an issue 4) never called the doctors office to correct the issue ….. go to the store since they said after 5pm, wait 45 minutes, drops the “you filled out the script wrong “ , it’s Saturday , dentist office is closed , not open Sunday and now I’m stuck with excruciating tooth pain til Monday morning!!! Absolute zero sympathy , zero professionalism and zero attempt to help….. when asked why didn’t someone called the office with the phone number to correct the script issue was informed, “ not their problem”….. Safeway pharmacy from here on out

I'm done with this location. After years of 45 minute to 1 hour wait times just to talk to someone, I'm all done. Today was the last straw. I called because I needed help with a prescription renewal. The tech told me to ask the question of a pharmacist, and he transferred me. The pharmacist was surprised by the question that apparently could have been handled by the tech. He transferred me back. After 30 minutes on hold, I was cut off. I called back and held for 1 hrs and 20 minutes. Finally, I gave up and drove over. The technician had left while I was on hold. The pharmacy window was closed.

They were super busy, and the computer system was slow due to use by every pharmacy in the state. But the staff remained thorough, calm and friendly, kind to everyone.

The worst place to get your perscriptions. It took them from 10am to 9pm to fill 2 perscriptions. I called several times and each time I was told to give them 2 hours. They need to just close this pharmacy down.

The regualr part of the store is perfectly fine. A very good place to shop if you are in need of the wide range of things they have to offer. However, their pharmacy leaves a GREAT DEAL TO BE DESIRED! I know that the issue I had was rather unique but it is important enough to mention here with the hope that it might get someone's attention that may actually be able to make a difference. There was another local pharmacy here that closed down. Specifically, the pharmacy within BiMart.Part of the exit strategy of BiMart's pharmacy shutting down was that they effectively dumped the entirety of their database of clients into Walgreen's pharmacy. On the surface, this decision seemed like nice effort of BiMart's behalf to help those of us that would need a new place for us to get our medication. It is important to state that my doctors have been "calling in" my list of medications into BiMart WITHOUT ANY ISSUE AT ALL for almost 10 years.Upon receiving the news that my ongoing list of medications would now be available at Walgreens, when communicating with my doctors, I, along with whomever else had been using BiMart, informed them that our prescriptions would now have to "called in" to Walgreens. The end result of the data transfer from the BiMart pharmacy system into the database of Walgreens produced a record for me with my name, birthdate, soc sec, etc in their system. Then, when my doctors started sending my new prescriptions over to Walgreens, THAT process established a new SECOND RECORD within the Walgreens system as well! And it is HERE that the problems started. I would show up and ask for my prescriptions. On more than one occasion I was informed that they only had half of the prescriptions that I was supposed to pick up. Upon asking over and over during multiple trips back to the pharmacy it FINALLY became apparent that I had 2 seperate accounts within the Walgreens system. The part about all of this is that I have a extremely unique name. That, combined with my birthdate, soc sec, and address should have made what had taken place the bleeding obvious. Employee after employee - then through a variety of managers on different shifts - explaining the situation to ANYONE that I could get to listen behind their counter - one would have thought that a solution for merging the 2 accounts would be in place to resolve such issues. Not So!For 3 months I had to jump through multiple hoops when trying to simply pick up my medications. Sometimes - seemingly randomly - I would be able to enlighten whomever was serving ne at their cash register at the time that was was ACTUALLY THE SAME DAMN PERSON REFLECTED WITHIN BOTH OF THE ACCOUNTS THAT HAD BEEN CREATED FOR ME WITHIN THEIR SYSTEM.On more than one occasion, though, I had to leave the facility as they would only allow me to pick up HALF of the prescriptions that had been sent in! SERIOUSLY!And the real (though very sad) comedy of errors would get consistently worse the further up the managerial chain I would get to "help" - and I am saying "help" because that is the only work I can use there in this attempt to convey this incredibly important (considering my medications) issue. The part of all of this that started to truly leverage me over the edge is that when they had me go tobthese backbofbthe the line a number of times as they would claim that they were attempting to correct the situation even though I could see what every employee was doing the entire time I was there, when they WOULD finally call on me after finally runnung out of other people to help - they would literally refer to "the person" in the second account within this system AS DIFFERENT PERSON and they they could not release "his medications" to me.And this would happen time and time again - even though both had the SAME spellings of my name - the SAME address that I live at - the SAME birthdate - the SAME such sec - and THE SAME DAMN LIST OF DOCTORS THAT WERE CALLING IN THE MEDICATIONS I HAD BEEN PRESCRIBED!!!Truly a total and complete failu

Was told to come back in 30 mins for my pickup. Came back in 40 mins and was told that I needed to come back in another 20-30 mins. Like I get if it's not fully ready but don't waste my time by telling me a time that was so incorrect in the first place. People don't have time to waste doubling back over and over.

worst pharmacy ever. staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. they are so disorganized there it is unbelievable. had a prescription called in almost a week ago which they noticed me about, but said there was an insurance issue. called my insurance and no issues there. called walgreens back and they said it was now an ordering issue. called them the next day and they said they still haven’t ordered it. i have been calling every day since and they still hadn’t ordered it. called again today and they said they have no record of the prescription, even though they told me last week it was called in. got no answers on the phone to what the actual issue is, and seems like they’ll make anything up just to cover up how disorganized they are. i am fed up.

This pharmacy has repeatedly been a horrible experience. Terrible service, long wait times, rude pharmacists. Find a different pharmacy.

Worst place customer service pharmacy this store is a joke and the pharmacy will kill you by not getting meds. Or have people to staff to get your meds. Expect an average 1hr wait at anytime of the day my average wait is 1hr 50 min. Ya. Avoid at all costs

I had a prescription called in TWO WEEKS before a procedure, went to pick it up a few days before and they said they didn't have it, but could order it, arriving on the day of the procedure when it would be too late. Then they told me I would need to call other pharmacies to see if they had it. Walgreens had two weeks to order and now I have to cancel the procedure.
