Delayed care, delayed prescriptions, and negligence on how to access medications for patients. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes for good with the way they let down their patients on a consistent basis. I’ve been without my prescription for weeks and they can’t get their safe open to access it. Can’t wait to move to a different pharmacy, this is absolutely horrible service.

Customer of Walgreen’s pharmacy for over a decade but this store has made me take my business elsewhere. I’ve run out of medications and been unable to refill them for over a week now because the pharmacy keeps closing out of nowhere. Will never shop Walgreens again.

I just moved to this town. I used Walgreens in the town I came from and had no issues so I just switched over to this walgreens. Huge mistake. I had to refill my prescription that I've been on for 8 years and never missed a dose, they kept saying for a few days that they'd contact my doctor. I gave them a couple days because I understand, businesses get busy. After 3 business days there was no change. So I contacted my doctor. My doctor had to contact walgreens and was on hold for over an hour. They got it sorted out and the prescription began to process of getting filled. 2 days later it still wouldn't give me a day or time about when it would be ready. At this point I had 1 day of medicine left. I called my doctor back and asked to switch to a different pharmacy. That took another business day. So I was completely out of medicine for a day. Also, during this whole time, I spend every break at work on hold with Walgreens, for multiple days. I never did get ahold of them.

They said they could not fill my prescription today because they were closed yesterday and the que is 150 for prescriptions . I asked could I just wait or have the prescription transferred out since they could not fill it. I was told they had no way to because it’s somewhere in the que and they’d have to wait until they get to it. After I informed the lady that my child needs the medication, she said she may be able to get to it but there’s no guarantee. They told me to call my doctor back and ask them to transfer it. I informed them my doctor was closed as it was after 5. They still sent me on my way without the prescription or a way to get it.
Although I understand businesses get very busy and problems happen, I don’t understand telling someone who is in need of their medication that they’d have to wait and it’s due to no fault of their own.
I think the employees should have a system to clear the que much faster or to transfer the medication when the patient is there talking to them.
Deserves no star.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst pharmacy ever! On hold for an hour just to have them tell me they are short staffed and if I wanted to I could come down and apply for a job. When asked her name she hung up on me. When I went down to find out who I was talking to I was shocked to find out it was the actual Pharmacist. She then told me they are not in the business of customer service they are there to give out medication which I reminded her they actually were not doing either. When asked if they got a hold of the Dr for clarification I was told no because they are busy. Absolutely unbelievable/filed a complaint with corporate and transferred all my prescriptions out of there the minute I got home. Tired of dealing with their rudeness. Scary that these people that are so rude and stressed out are dealing with peoples medications. Wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them!!

Are you kidding me? 1 person working in the pharmacy, and a ridiculous line in store and at drive in. And this is far from the first time. Get the manning right! 1 person to handle the pharmacy is so stupid!! People in line were actually here to cancel their prescriptions because they were tired of the repeated wait.

Never mind have my auto refill prescriptions on auto refill, so they are not ready when I come to get them pharmacy windows very seldom open anymore which makes it a pain in my behind and if you go inside, they’re seriously long wait I miss bi-Mart

Worst pharmacy in Albany. I have had nothing but trouble with getting medication in a timely manner. I had oral surgery 3 days ago and can't access anything because the pharmacist won't show the hell up. Now my face is swollen and I'm headed into urgent care.

The only reason I’m giving this place a one star is they can’t hold onto the best employee they have. Moose. He’s a genuine star that the world needs to see on a daily basis and they can’t realize that and give him a 7 figure position. What a joke.

An absolute ZERO. The girl got upset she couldn’t understand me so she threw down the phone and walked away like a 5 year old…… ridiculous. I never ever ever have problems with my stuff but when I come here it ALWAYS an issue
