I went into Verizon to upgrade my phone and Cody helped me pick out the best plans to save me money. He was efficient and very friendly, greeting all customers that came in the store. He also made sure I had everything set up on my phone before I left. Thank you Cody !

Helping my dad get his upgraded phone has never been easier. I currently live in Bend, my dad lives in Albany. There isn’t another Verizon store that I’d rather go to - this is the spot. Sean and Cody took care of us through and through. Super knowledgeable, empathetic, patient and kind. All the way around one of the best experiences. Hands down, this is the place to go if you need anything!

Both the Manager and Kirby are very nice and helpful. Great customer service provided. The manger explained all info in a way I could understand, so I was comfortable in buying a new phone. This was much appreciated.

They keep advertising free phones for new & existing customers but that is only true if you upgrade to a more expensive plan.

I worked with Sean. I met him first to look at a problem with Apple 12. It wouldn’t charge consistently. I figured I’d probably need a new phone. He ordered the phone for me. I think Apple puts a tiny explosive program in the past phone in order to get the new phone However, Sean spent a considerable amount of time explaining the new phone, new additions etc. I lucked out that it was a slower day and he could take his time. I’m not a techie and he really explained everything to me. He was great!
