“Love the staff. Love the clean, spacious facility with pool, shuffle board and video lottery. Drinks and food are good and reasonably priced.2023 update- Sad how far they have fallen”
“Highly recommend!!! Our recent stay was wonderful. EVERY employee we encountered was professional and exceptionally kind. The hotel was clean and smelled nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a combination of hot and cold items. Large dining area to use. Pool area was clean. Area around the hotel was quiet. Beds are on the firmer side but I prefer that. We felt safe and well cared for our whole visit. We will definitely use this hotel in the future.”
“Pretty good for a fair but the prices were steep and most goods weren't good quality. The food was awesome and the entertainment on point. The cost of games however is ridiculous”
“Renee is OUTSTANDING!
You guys need to give her a raise.
Super friendly and keeping the quality control on top and that is what makes or breaks a place.
The property is spotless. The entrance and lobby area is very welcoming and professional. There is a little snack/bar area ( near the desk) where you can purchase items.
My room is fantastic. Very large.
Easily could have four people stay with no issues. Bedsheets and everything were clean and spotless.
The indoor pool and Jacuzzi are definitely welcoming because I love to swim. There is a sauna, but I did not use it.
Early morning breakfast is pretty darn good. I can be a tad on the picky side with finding some fault in that kind of arrangement.
The hold deposit was also not stupidly high like — a lot of hotels do.
Rooms: Rooms are huge and have Microwaves, fridge and Keurig coffee makers.”
“Christmas Storybook Land Linn County Expo Center
Pretty good time for children and adults. It can take a while to walk through the entire attraction of there are a lot of people. And there's NO HEAT, so dress those kiddos warm....
They have children's nursery rhymes, stories, Walt Disney cartoons, Pixar cartoons, & other characters all decked out for Christmas, in displays roped off with lights and trees. There are tables set up with mini train sets, a Teddy Bear picnic, doll houses, and much more. There's so much to see, and a couple vendors have kettle corn, and other snacks.
Donations of canned food are accepted upon entrance for local food banks, other then that it's completely free to walk through.
We've seen storybook legends such as, The Old Lady Who Lived in the Shoe & Mother Goose. At the end of the attraction is Santa & Mrs. Clause to take photos with.
This year Fitzpatrick painting has a photo opportunity also. There are photo opportunities throughout the entire attraction also.
Overall it's a local tradition my family has enjoyed for years!
Thank you everyone who makes it possible!!”
