I had I short wait in line behind two other customers since there was a vehicle getting additional services. While waiting one of the crew greeted me and checked all my lights in order to make my time in the bay faster. Everyone is always friendly and professional. I always appreciate that they let me know what service items are suggested at each oil change, but I never feel pressured.

Went there yesterday afternoon this morning after I got to work I noticed that that the valve covers for my tires were missing when they change the car's air filter they did not bother to remove the oil soaked clothes that they were wearing meaning of the new air filter is soaking oil

Quick, fast, And friendly service, did I mention fast? I mean these guys and gal, were very fast, was not looking forward to taking my car in for an oil change after work that day but WOW! Very, VERY IMPRESSED, to the afternoon crew, keep up the amazing work, you guys, and gal are absolutely killin it! ?

OCH is the best place to get your oil change. I've been robbed by alot of places like jiffy lube but not here. The name change to valvoline hasn't changed the service. 100% recommended

I live in another town so usually get my oil changed elsewhere. But I had a Valvoline coupon, so I--after calling ahead to make sure the coupon would work and being assured it would--I made the trip to Albany, only to be told that they wouldn't honor the coupon. Highly unsatisfactory.

Buyer beware. They will stand there and give you sales pitch after sales pitch, upcharge you, and then tell you that you have to pay for stuff you told them you didn't have money for before they even did the work.Service: Oil change

The guys who helped me today were awesome! They worked quickly, they were knowledgeable, and didn't try to pressure me into buying additional services. I got exactly what I came in for and was happy to pay for it. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

They zipped through the oil change and when they were done I ended up having to remind them to do what they said they would do, like check the tires, reset the oil change reminders ect. I just felt like they didn't do anything, no carwash afterwards or car vaccuum like other places do. Will find a new place next time.
