Customer service at this location is amazing. We went in for wedges and they fried us some fresh ones even though it was a couple minutes after they shut everything down. They were very accommodating, respectful and professional. We didn't even have to ask.

This is more than just another convenience store. It has to be the nicest little store in town. Every time I step in this store I'm greeted with a hello and smile. Something you do not get at 90% of stores anymore. Everyone that works there is personable. The place is always clean and has everything I'm looking for. The fact that it sells Crispy Crunchy chicken is an extra bonus. The best chicken strips I have every found anywhere. I call ahead and they are always ready when I get there. Open 24 hours too. Just an awesome little store.

I moved to Albany 4 years ago. Had no idea what was around. Found them in a Google search. The staff is helpful, kind, and familiar. The store is clean, stocked, and organized.Some of the best fried chicken I have had on the west coast. I was coming for the chicken weakly at one point (Was getting too fat had to slow down). I recomend coming here to everyone for anything. Super convenient and fast.You feel like your visiting friends when you come in and are greeted by name alot of the time.

My friend and I stopped here on a whim and realized we were hungry. As we were looking at the case, the very nice gentleman asked if we had been there before and let us have a sample of the chicken! It was actually delicious and fairly priced. Probably the best convenience store experience I've had in Albany!

The staff is helpful, kind, familiar, clean, and treats you like a neighborhood market should. The have lines during the day but the lines go quick. No restroom. Variety of soda, tobacco products, and lovely yummy crispy chicken. I eat those but don't eat out much. There is plenty of parking.

I just have to say that the crew at US Market 180 continuously goes above and beyond for me and my family. Be it last second orders ....custom orders or just being kind as my son holds the door open for the entire lunch rush. Stop by and try the food and enjoy the hospitality.
