I was very sad when I bought a tree from them and it broke in half the same day and talked to the owner and was pushed off to the manager and she said it was an act of God so I asked for a discount or something and she said it will be fine in 3 years. I paid a lot of money for this tree. So I have known these people through my grandparents and found out that they don’t stand behind their products, so buyers beware. I will not buy anything from them again.

The staff here are excellent, very helpful, and willing to help. Their selection is excellent. We have been searching all over Albany and Corvallis looking for a particular rhododendron. We found it here, and it was very affordable. U & D is an excellent nursery

Paid for 4 yards of compost to be delivered, it was delivered and the amount was questionable. (Previously we ordered compost that we picked up, 2 yards that fit on the bed of a standard truck.). We asked them to come look at it, called three times and spoke with two different people, no one came out and no adjustments were made. The amount delivered definitely did not seem like 4 yards and the fact that they would not come out makes them appear guilty. Will not be a returning customer as we were definitely shorted.

Month ago purchased plants for front yard. All were installed by landscaper along with sod etc. We lost one plant so I asked UD about replacement and was told they do Not stand behind their plants. They wonder if the plantings are cared for appropriately. I asked about a discount to replace the one lost. Was told no, then told to wait a minute while she called the office. Told me to walk down to the business office and discuss it further with the manager and maybe a discount would be applied. The way I was spoken to and the time wasted discussing it convinced me to go elsewhere. After spending hundreds of dollars on plants and having a landscaper they recommend...

This business has it all. Product, service and knowledge. Their prices are reasonable and they are FRIENDLY. I will not buy my plants any where else from now on.

wide variety of dirts, rock grades, mulch. a full nursery of vegetable plants, peppers, fruit trees and bushes, flowers, full trees and perennial bushes and flowers. Only consideration would be to pay a little more than big box store for the same items.
