The room is not the one pictured rooms forSafety: Very place. They charged us twice $700.00 and then still have not refunded the extra 700.00 they charged us. It is a dive and the pool is as big as one in a back it is noon and no access to pool or spa . Very disappointed

I was participating in a nearby town for a dog event. This was the ONLY place I could get a room within 25 miles due to a OSU event.This motel also houses homeless people. That is fine with me. We all need a place to live. However partying until 1:45 am, outside the rooms, was unacceptable.The grounds are littered with dog poop and tiny pieces of trash. I picked many bags of dog poop besides that of my own dog.And the most frustrating of all was spending the entire day outside in the rain, and looking forward to coming back to my made up room, only to find we did not get maid service. No clean towels, my bed, which all the sheets came loose the night before, had not been fixed. Very poor service.However, the rooms were clean, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

A housekeeper with pink reddish hair does not actually clean the rooms she steps on the blankets with her shoes while making the bed & had them on the trash can area of her kart so I had to disinfect them. I had to ask her to clean the tub and the toilet because all she did was wipe the floor, toilet top and tub rim and place the towels nice she asked me to vacuum the floor for her and she then broke one of my handmade sugar scrubs. I had to empty my own trash cans too once I realized she wasn't going actually help and I'd have to clean up behind her like the kids I asked for just a couple conditioners she gave me 8 shampoos no conditioner. She was sweet but I'm not sure if it's because she is still doing hard drugs or the memory damage it causes because you can tell but if so I think management should definitely look deeper into the selection of their employees. The other housekeepers seem more professional in their skill and tact however they seem to be the ones handling more important tasks and may not be as available to you. The older receptionist woman didn't seem to care.

Cheap. Rooms need maintenance done. Motel is right next to the freeway, so I heard the traffic all night.

If I could give no stars I would. Room wasn’t cleaned at all. Stains and food on bed. Hair in tub, toilet and drawers. Kids greasy fingerprints on side tables. Worst room I’ve ever seen. AndOf course they wouldn’t refund and we walked in and literally turned around it was that bad. Not even in the room 5 minutes. Janky location as well, lots of questionable people lurking around. 140 bucks down the drain. Would not recommend this at allRooms: Worst I’ve ever seen.Safety: Janky people lurking outside.

..location is excellent...the staff are very nice people...the motel needs a good cleaning..bed bugs..and i was in a non smoking room..and it smelled of old cigarette smoke
