We couldn’t be happier with our decision to purchase a quarter from Stipp Family Beef. From the second we unwrapped it, you can see this is quality and beautiful-looking meat. Our first night, we seasoned and slow-cooked a savory pot roast in a red wine topped with rosemary and thyme. This roast was tender and practically melted in your mouth, and the crispy and caramelized edges were off-the-charts delicious. And the ground beef is flavorful and tender and cooks up perfectly!I was raised on meat from off the farm and had high expectations when we decided to purchase from Stipp. I was looking for someone with the know-how to feed and raise cattle for slaughter and also someone who works cattle with compassion and takes pride in this work and producing exceptional quality meat. Stipp Family Beef has exceeded our expectations! The owner is helpful and friendly, and we look forward to using them again. And I should also shout out a thank you to their chosen slaughter service, S&S Custom Slaughter. They were also friendly and easy to work with and did an exceptional job preparing this outstanding meat.

If I could put zero stars I would. DO NOT purchase anything from here unless you want to feel like death. Shoot.. you may even die. They seemed like just a "front" for something illegal.

We've just bought 1/4 beef and the T-bone stakes were delicious; tender and a great flavor. Also the ground beef was so good, when cooking it I could tell the difference. Can't wait to try more of it!I totally recommend Mike, we will purchase again!

My wife and I have enjoyed Mike Stipp’s beef for an entire winter. My in-laws went in on buying our first meat from Stipp’s Family Beef and they were delighted also! Stipp’s Family Beef has excellent flavor, whether it be burgers on the grill or a Roast in the pot — delicious and tender!!Mike Stipp has a wonderful method of feeding/raising steers. The end result if his expertise equates to high quality beef at an affordable price! We have placed our order for beef in June 2020 and have referred friends to Stipp Family Beef, also!! Kudos to Mike Stipp for his conscientious labor and service in producing the beef we love to eat!!
