I had a 3pm appointment today, but I communicated between 12pm to 1pm and let them know that I’d be there around 4pm. They let me know that there would be a fee of $155 for arriving past 3:30pm due to being classified as overtime. In which, I didn’t have an issue with being as though they’d still load me. I arrived at 3:57pm and was given a door. I got out of there around 5:15pm after getting loaded and getting my paperwork. Thank you again.

This place is awesome! Office and warehouse staff are very friendly and professional. Had a delivery and a pick up on the same day and they did both within 2 hours. Also, there is plenty of overnight parking in the rear of the building. I wish more warehouses were like this. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Keep up the great work! A+

People are very nice, they have night parking available, plenty of room to back up for doors, they are strick with their appointments.. trailer should be pre cool before you checked in. With in 2 hours you will get loaded. They will come to check your reefer temperature before loading and then let you open the doors. Dont open before that.

This place will never get another load delivered by me. I drove from TN to Eugene OR, I stop the night before delivery I was only 4 hours away plenty of time to arrive. I had to stop and chain once and had about 60 miles on snow and ice I didn’t need to chain there. I arrived 2hours late. They are charging me $150 late fee, after I ran over all those bad roads to get here. If they don’t appreciate what I went through to bring this load to them; then I will not bring another one. It’s time we stop letting them push us around and charging later fees when we had no control over the weather.
