“We needed somewhere to store one of our vehicles for a few months, and they were the only place with availability. The vehicle storage is uncovered, but we didn't have an issue with that. This storage facility does charge a non-refundable "move-in" fee on top of the monthly rent, so be prepared when you go to rent a unit or parking space.I was a little nervous when we left our car there, but we didn't experience any problems while our vehicle was stored at this location. I like their secure setup with codes, cameras, and gates. Each person has their own code to use even if it is for the same unit/parking. Terminating our space was also very easy, and she was helpful with the process. Keep in mind that you do have to give them a notice prior to vacating your unit or parking space. I would use this service again if the need arises.”
“I had a 3pm appointment today, but I communicated between 12pm to 1pm and let them know that I’d be there around 4pm. They let me know that there would be a fee of $155 for arriving past 3:30pm due to being classified as overtime. In which, I didn’t have an issue with being as though they’d still load me. I arrived at 3:57pm and was given a door. I got out of there around 5:15pm after getting loaded and getting my paperwork. Thank you again.”

“I wasn’t able to access the facility on the day of my move in. It was after office hours so I had no choice but to handle the move in the following morning. That threw off my plans and was a minor inconvenience. But, the next morning I was able to get in without any problems and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.”
