The Inn was nice, clean, friendly. Nice pool and hot tub. Decent breakfast.The worst thing was every morning the room cleaning crew started around 7 or 8 and EVERY DOOR they opened and closed squeezed SO loud it woke me up and I thought it was people checking in or out. It was horrible, I am going to send a large can of WD40 for the bottom floor doors. Other than that it was good.Walkability: Gas station across the street, taco bell,Panerai bread,Carl's Jr, grocery store all across the street,it was great.

Absolutely will never stay here again. After checking in, go into the bathroom where a nicely folded towel sits with someone else’s hair all over it.Then… my husband gets into bed and his comforter has blood stains on it. He then takes it completely off and there is black lent all on the sheets as if they were never changed.Went to the front desk and he was told that he should have taken photos of the blanket on the bed before bringing it to her. He then asked for a refund and was told that she could not do this because there was not manger today or tomorrow. Told that we would not get a refund because they now cannot sell the room to another customer.Worst customer service I have ever seen. The cleanliness of the whole motel is awful. We looked past it at first but then when we saw the blood that was it. Left immediately. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

I know that the low price and dated exterior make us question the number of lowlife's that frequent here. Nothing is farther from the truth. I had things to do in Eugene and Salem, so this was a perfect location. The hotel is older, but still kickin' it with these new hotels. One of the few that still has an indoor pool and hottub, and it's well maintained. The free breakfast offered here is great. The cafe offers what you would get at a Dennys, and the dining room is clean and large. The rooms are large and are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, blow dryer, iron, and board.

The service was absolutely amazing. I was having a rough night after experiencing a horrible encounter at another hotel in Salem with the weather being horrible and 2 hours from home with my kids and it was night time. My mind was put at ease and was treated with the most compassion and care from another human being. By far would stay here again

Very nice warm spa to sit in by shared pool area. Nice clean halls, rooms, and parking lot. Has good snacks available including enough to make a meal if necessary. Nice comfy beds with cozy warm painting on walls.

Staff and service was lovely, kind and attentive. Room was clean. Located near a busy intersection, so lots of traffic noise (staff was kind and gave us earplugs).

Amazing motel and MY FAVORITE get away place. I love the rooms, pool, little gym, the unlimited coffee, and the BREAKFAST buffet ? Yum!!!Rooms: Amazing, clean, and comfy.Walkability: Minutes away from the lake and walking trail. Easy access to every part of the motel. Easy access to the store, McDonald's, and other fast food restaurants.Food & drinks: Delicious and coffee is unlimited

Good, cheap hotel. Rooms weren't bad nice and roomy only complaints were the cable and TV quality was terrible. I highly recommend bringing a firestick if your planning on staying up all night watching TV.

Amazing place to rest. Absolutely wonderful service, the breakfast is so good and there are so many options. Very clean and I love that they have a fitness room! Smoke free rooms and they don't even smell like smoke ?. Will be coming here first stop every visit!
