DO NOT GO HERE EVER! I took my 2022 RAV4 to get the front windshield tinted which needed to be redone because they did a terrible job the first time. I just got the car back last night and it’s throwing SRS Airbag Codes, Hybrid System Malfunction warnings and multiple other alerts. The car is in limp mode and needs to be taken to a dealership to get fixed. It has been meticulously maintained, has less than 30k miles and prior to drop off never had any issues whatsoever. The interior reeks of either cigarette or vape from his 5 hours with the car and will need to be taken to a detailer to be deodorized. Communicating with George was also a nightmare. He left water spots all over my hood (I wash this car at least once a week, oil changes every 3,000 miles). I’m disgusting by the state of the job and lack of respect for me and my property. DO NOT GO HERE. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. THE CHEAPER PRICE IS NOT WORTH YOUR HEADACHE. I don’t even know how he managed to break a Toyota but he did, especially when the service was window tint. What’s even crazier is the new tint he installed has the worst cut lines you’ve ever seen. Taking it to another shop because this one is a DISASTER.

Took my 2022 brand new jetta in there and specifically told them I didn't care how long it took to have all my tint done just be careful since the car only had 35 miles on it fresh off the lot. 4 hours later I was called that it was ready, they shattered my front window. A week later I brought it back in to have my glass fixed... they sliced both my front columns with the glass install and cut a deep section on my dash, said they would make it right after memorial day ( 2 weeks) I tried calling they blocked my number from the buisness phone, got the run around when I called the eugene office and talked to the owners wife( the only woman working at that location yet told me she wasn't in, verifying this info with the main worker at the albany location) to this day months later now I'm left with peeling tint, two cut columns, and a a destroyed dash.still haven't tried reaching out to make things right... I recommend if you value your vehicle please listen to this and never do buisness with them, when they wreck your vehicle they will never be honest and do the right thing

George was super friendly and my RAV4 looks perfect! They tinted my car before this and it was perfect and never had a single issue even after 5 years. High quality work. Only place I’ll take my vehicles!

Had a great experience. Originally scheduled to have the two front windows tinted and at the last minute I chose to do the whole SUV. There was an issue that occurred with a window and they quickly fixed the problem within a couple days. I felt well taken care of and I am thoroughly please with the total wok that was done. George was great to work with.

Came in with a pretty bad rock chip, George really took his time on it, clearly cares about his work and the people he’s working for. Also spent some time looking at the tint he did on a Lexus, and it was very nicely done. I’d gladly give these guys my business again.

I had tint installed on my front windows, found a 2mm piece of debris under the tint. Place was quick to replace it but left more debris the second time all over the edge. Took it somewhere else to have it redone properly and they showed me scratch marks on my glass from the previous installer (precision). Brand new truck, less than a month into ownership before tinting. Scratches are consistent with blade marks from a dirty blade. Would not recommend. Albany Location

Excellent installation on my front windows. The technician was an honest dude. He showed me after the first attempt that the film had bubbles trapped under it, so he didn't charge me but asked me to come back for a second attempt. I wouldn't have noticed the bubbles if he didn't point them out. I returned a week later and this time the installation was perfect!

A warranty means nothing if the return service is as bad as the original.No, I do not recommend this location.I thought long and hard about this review and it pains me to write something in such negative light but saying this; I’m done with their services. Spend your money elsewhere.I’ve spent enough time and money trying to have a vehicles windows tinted that should have been done correctly the first time.There are two batches of photos I’m attaching; one is of the exterior of the car with white circles around the bubbles, wrinkles and debris between the window and the tint.The second is after the windows were redone and the bubbles, debris, blue cleaning towels are marked in red.What saddens me is that I spent $600 ($480 cash & $120 debit) for their services to be left with a job that’s on par for my skill set. I’ve done window tint before and I know I could have done a better job (I have).At this point they will not be touching my car again and the only amicable solution is a full refund plus the amount it’s going to take to pay somebody to remove the tint so I can start over somewhere else.Precision Auto Glass & Tint: you have my name and number. I’ll edit or modify this when a refund is in my hand. Please text me when it’s ready, do not call.Original service was done on Friday May 5th when the car had 236 miles on it. Stopped in on Friday May 12th to review and arrange a time to have it checked out. Was informed my name and number was noted and id be getting a call. I don’t work Fridays so those are my days that I’m out and about during their business hours. Stopped in on Friday May 19th since I had not received a call to inquire. Informed boss would be there in a little while.I didn’t want to wait around so I bailed, I have a lot of stuff to wrap up on Fridays. Hour and a half later I received a call saying to bring it down and they’d get it taken care of. It was about 1:17pm according to phone log. So I dropped it off about 1:35 and walked home (2mi).Saturday the 20th I had not heard anything so around 3:30pm I walked back to the shop. (I’d rather converse face to face). Got there and picked up keys. Car was done. Was informed that the car had been completed last night and I was called around 7:30pm & again at 9pm. I shrugged it off wanting to just leave knowing that’s untrue.After further vehicle inspection, my rear deck lid was apparently used as a work bench because somebody scratched my rear spoiler. I never put stuff there and it appeared after the second visit to their shop.So my car has sub-par tint and was damaged in their shop.

Had my wife’s new to us suv detailed it was already very clean as it was cleaned when we bought it and just wanted it to be spotless for our new family. They cleaned it ok and did get some scratches out of the plastic but they did not vacuum the floors or clean under the seats I found crumbs still under the floor mats and and on the seats also some popcorn under the passenger seat so definitely not worth the money @ $225. This is not my first time using them but will probably be the last. You would be better off cleaning your own car I ended up re-cleaning a lot of the car.Service: Auto detailing

I stopped by to see about getting my dark window tint off and George was amazing. He came out to my car, then showed me the different tints and explained my options.
