The ladies are very super nice & cool. It better for me to have my own P.O. Box. I’m sick and tired of my landlord telling me to stop order online. I don’t have to worry about him complain anymore.

All I wanted to do was mail a package to a friend that has had a stroke. The woman behind the counter was super rude to me, apparently I interrupted her as she got up from her chair with a big sigh. She glared the whole time she was shipping my little package. She laid the label on the box but never attached the label to the box. WTH? It was a small 3 pound box and it was $38!!!! to send ground. Will NOT be going back there at Christmas.

LOOK FOR OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS! If a ZERO rating was possible, that's what they'd get! Postal Connections will substantially mark up the carrier's charge. My brother thought their price was high when he paid. Then, after leaving and calculating the price on the UPS website, he realized they had marked up the shipping cost nearly 50%!!!! For his package, that meant an EXTRA $45! They didn't have to pack or close the box; it was in the original packaging. He called to cancel the shipment, but was told it had already been picked up. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Recommend avoiding this place entirely! Live and learn, but this is just not right!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in asking about the procedure to have a document notarized, the attendant proceeded to sign the document and charge me the fee before telling me that they do not provide a witness and followed it up with a sarcastic,”hopefully they’ll accept this.” And walked to the checkout counter. I will now go out of my way to use a different postal store before ever returning here.

You know, when you are face to face with the customer, your company is only as good as your employees. One of yours decided to lecture me and tell me my drivers license was expired. It was not, then she tried to cover herself by saying that she likes it when she is told that. Then, of course, she took her time on getting my package which ended up being someone else's. Bravo! After all that license gazing and checking you couldn't even get my name right.I will be happy to identify the employee if the owner wishes. This lack of service hasn't been typical of your business. You might consider improving that.Check your video for 4/6/23 at approx 3:45pm.

Send a envelope, pay 76 dollars for express service, can not track my package, call the office and they tell me that my package still in the office, ONE WEEK LATER, with EXPRESS SERVICE, first and last time a use thus office, Albany Oregón. Can not mark 0 stars, have to mark 1.

They charge a lot more to mail packages then the post office does. Some staff are nice and efficient, others not so much.

Wow.. after everything I went through today and thought I made it in the nic of time only to have them lock the door right before 6:00 once they saw me struggling up with my packages.. yeah it was close, but why have a closing time if your going to close before it hits. 1 minute early today.. what close 5 minutes early tomorrow. Maybe sooner if it looks like it will be too much work.Lesson learned. Save it for the real shipping stores.Thanks!(Didn't have to be so smug about it)

Decent alternative to main shipping company stores like FedEx, UPS etc. They do packaging and accept packages from most carriers.

I want to give a shout out to the two professional and very helpful women working Tuesday, 8/16/22 around 11:00am. I had multiple things to accomplish including notary, copying and shipping overseas. They both helped me and exceeded my expectations! I believe it was Rosemillie and RHaven who deserve some recognition for outstanding customer service! Thank you!

Would give a zero if possible. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM HERE. These people are unaccountable, cowards, and do not follow through on claims that were made as a result of their recklessness through carriers. After poorly packing a mother's day gift, it was received broken. They filed a claim stating I mailed 'glass bulbs,' what kind of dummy would ship loose glass bulbs across the country? Not me. After fedex denied the claim they told me it was because of postal connections stating the glass bulbs were mailed. I went back there, they would not release MY claim to me and refused to revise the contents of the package. Not only was I out of the $60 they charged me to ship, I had to replace the gift and spend another $60 to ship it. These people are losers and absolute cowards. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS.
