It is a horrible place full of corrupt people with high auto parts costs and selling garbage. A guy named Saul is a terrible salesman and is not professional, never do business with him.

I have called twice now for different parts. Inquiring if they have the part and how much it cost. Their prices are outrageous. I informed the guy I can buy the same part brand new for less than what they were asking, he just responded by saying so. very rude customer service.

I needed the screw that holds the coil pack on to the motor of my F-150. Dealership wanted $22, Saul let me go in the yard and find a replacement for less than 10%! Great prices and friendly folks! Thank you Pick-a-Part!

I went in today and found all the major pieces I needed for my Durango and at nearly 3rd the price of if I ordered them on line. Saul is the best customer service rep I was so happy I didn't know how to act.

Pick a part Albany is one of the worst store that this company has, and I'm not talking bad about the parts or cars, I'm talking about the customer service, this guys working at front desk are the worst people I ever seen, they are so rude, their prices are so high compare to the other's stores, I highly don't recommend this Albany store, ???
