Downtown Physiq is where it's at. Max at the front desk knows everyone by name and is so on top of everything. He just makes it feel really good to walk in the door.

It's a great gym, but the lights are too high for people with sensitivities and the gym needs a space without turf to stretch with a fan!!

I’ve been working with Don Alcalde since Feb 2020, best personal trainer by far! Their app is a great supplement to the personal training. Don has put my workouts into the app so I have all my workouts at my fingertips no matter where I travel!
