The manager, Josh, works extremely hard. He is extremely knowledgeable and always helpful despite being low-staffed. The store has been cleaner and is usually well stocked. Register Kay, is incredibly kind. Great experience

Ordered items online for pickup in store but had the order cancelled. After going up into the store they had the items requested despite the order being cancelled. Order communication needs to be more clear so it's not a gamble on if the order will be fulfilled.

Often will not answer their phone. I was in their store getting some pet food, i tried to talk to the people they were very rude and uncaring you should avoid this place at all costs !!!!

Great store for dog and cat products. In December, they have great Christmas gifts for dogs and cats. Lots of food and treat options, including healthy choices and 3-ingredient foods.
