I took my cat in there today because she had been sick. They came in the room and covered her up with 3 towels!! Didn't look at her at all ? I wont be going back. I'll go to my old vet, I quit going there because of the wait. they are great vet's and look at your animals thoroughly. Dr Braut is the spell his name) out twards the college. This was 6 hours ago and I'm still peeved about it. And they called her scary! She has never bitten them ever. Very unprofessional.

I ended up changing Vet offices. Their hours are not convenient for anyone other than them. I had to go to another Vet numerous times because they were always closed... so I decided to just make the switch permanent. I have been so pleased with the new office. Really, I wish I had made the change sooner.

I have been taking my animals here for years but recently been a little disappointed. My animals are anxious and I have to medicate them which is fine but I was scolded by a assistant because I forgot to, which I get but they also had my anxious dog waiting for an hour past the appt I made, I normally wait in my car til 5 mins til the appt to help ease the stress. So I went in 5 mins before like always and we had to wait for another hour just to get see(the appt was for a nail trim). Just a little unprofessional to me.. I would rather them tell me they no longer have time for my appt then to have me waiting for an hour past my appt. I haven't had many bad experiences with them but they are getting closer together ot seems
