Overall great experience, very friendly and well trained techs. It was my first time at Oil Stop after going to another place in town. Honestly Oil Stop is the only place I will go from now on. They worked clean, as a team and efficiently. I love that they show you a comparison of the fluids in your car vs new so you can make an informed decision. No sales pitch or pressure for additional services either. The manager Mark and coworker Blake were fantastic.Free car wash and beverage are a nice touch as well.

Just got my oil changed here for the first time, and I really appreciated their fast, friendly, and professional service. Sure, it costs a little more and yes, they do offer additional products and services, but they are not pushy at all about it. I really liked being able to drive in on my schedule and get my oil changed while I sat in my car enjoying a free beverage. This is a top quality oil change shop and really suits me well and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best oil change experience I have EVER HAD. I had 3 men and one woman working on my car all at once. I was offered a complimentary drink, and got to stay in my car the whole time!! They also informed me they don’t make commissions off of products so I shouldn’t feel pressured to buy anything they suggest. They still took the time to inform me of the products regardless but not in a pushy way. Everyone was incredibly respectful and I felt comfortable with their staff. Also the free cash was is a bonus as well!! Seriously go there don’t go anywhere else!

I wanted to share a real review on my experience. Today I got in very quickly as there were no other cars there. I wanted a very simple oil change. Nothing special but I must have been upSold or attempted to be upsold What seemed to be endless items that I did not need for my vehicle. The staff was friendly, the minute you get there you are bombarded at You're driving side door kind of uncomfortably. The oil change is very expensive. Consider there are multiple options in town for pretty much the same deal. They do provide great customer service and a free beverage. But for the price and the amount of attempted upselling I probably won't return.

The best oil change I have ever received! The mechanics are kind and knowledgeable. Offered great products but they are not pushy. We received a complimentary car wash and we were offered complimentary beverages. You stay in your car the entire time so it was very convenient for me as I have small kiddos. Over all I highly recommend!

I brought my new rig in, not knowing the oil filter is in a terrible location. The team here handled the frustrating situation professionally and they were as quick as my vehicle would let them be. Not to mention friendly. Definitely recommend!Services: Transmission

Before I always went to Vavoline, these guys beat them out by a long shot. Better more thorough inspection, same oil options, slightly cheaper price and it comes with a free car wash, they also offer free soft drinks...never need to go anywhere else.

I love this place. I can sit in my car while they do the service. They check so many things, and then you choose what you would like done. They have coupons also for discounts.

The employees were nice and meant well, but they try and sell you every additive know to man. It's been proven that over time these additives are no good for your engine. It's was also a little more expensive than other oil places. I got the high mileage oil change and I was not happy when they used regular oil and then of course used an additive to make the oil high mileage. Over all its was ok and they were just doing their jobs.

very expensive...provided work that was unnecessary and was acting like they were qualified mechanics instead of oil jockeys. said my car had leaks and after I had my car checked by s mechanic there were no leaks?consumer beware of this company!!

I came to town from Sweet Home for an oil change. It's SO nice to have a drive thru, especially with a toddler to wrangle. You get to be in the comfort of your vehicle, and engaged in what is going on with your car. See the fluids, see the air filters, and so forth. I was there at 10:30 6/21 the team was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much gentlemen. You have earned a return customer.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
