I called ready to cancel insurance policies extremely angry with the system they have. I was ready to be angry? but dee dee over at the Albany office is absolutely amazing at de-escalation she talked me off the plank. She figured out the problem and found the solution. She stayed on the phone with me for about an hour while we discussed options and got to the bottom of why I was angry. (By the end of the conversation I was laughing and had no reason to be angry). Recently I had to call the office because of personal reasons as to why I was late on a payment and Dee Dee was back at it again with problem resolution and now I don’t wanna have insurance through anyone else. Absolutely amazing customer service at least through Dee Dee, and I love knowing she always answers the phone and even stayed after hours helping me. I love her and I love country financial because of her. Absolutely earned my business going forward and could not be happier!

I just have to say, Michelle Morford is absolutely fantastic and such a big help!She literally helped me on her day off, took her time to get me insurance so I could leave the dealership with my new car! It is pretty rare that I give anything the coveted five star review on Google. It is even more rare when it is something in the State of Oregon. That being said, for the last 25 years I have done business with Country Financial in Tangent, Oregon. In 1995 I was initially looking to insure a CBR600F3 sport bike. After a month of searching I found two things: 1) most insurance companies wont insure them, and 2) those that do will charge you the entire price of the motorcycle for the year of coverage. In walks Country Financial who insured it for a a few hundred a year. I was set. Since that time I have insured homes, farm equipment, vehicles, and rental coverage through them. I have grown to know Michelle Morford who took over for Robert Bronson years ago. Michelle is one of the few people I know who takes her job seriously. She will do everything in her power to make sure that you will be adequately protected, and she is constantly coming up with policy updates that cut your costs, and increases your coverage. Need to speak to her? No problem. Email, telephone, text. I have never gone more than an hour hearing back from her. How nice is it to dial a business number, and have them answer hello, and call you by name immediately? I also marvel at her community outreach, doing more for others than most people do for themselves. I truly will miss leaving Country Financial and having Michelle as my agent as I relocate across the country. But for those looking for the best possible coverage, the best pricing, and best customer service I have ever seen, look no further than County Financial in Linn County, Oregon.
