Absolute embarrassment of an employee, he needs to be ashamed of himself and fired immediately. I just brought in my son for his first phone which he worked hard to save up money for. The guy (young, average build, long curly hair) said he cannot sell us a phone without a screen protector, phone case, and a $65 activation fee totaling about $110 more than advertised on the website. He also stated that "there is an error in the system, and he will need to take separate payments for everything." This leads me to believe he was going to pocket some money under the table. Anyway, we walked away and paid $40 for the phone as advertised on the website. How can somebody actually try and take advantage of a child like that?

Always help me as much as they can and when I get new devices or phone cases what ever im in the mood to buy they always help me get the one I want and not the one that's going to break soon like most stores do.

I had a great experience at Metro by T-Mobile thanks to Cesar. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He answered all my questions and explained the different plans and features that suited my needs. He also helped me set up my new phone and transfer my contacts and data. He was very patient and knowledgeable. One thing that impressed me was that Cesar is bilingual. He can speak both English and Spanish fluently. This is very convenient for none english speakers! I would highly recommend Cesar to anyone who is looking for a new phone or a better service. He is an asset to Metro by T-Mobile and deserves a 5 star rating. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and make me a happy customer. Thank you, Cesar!

This company is horrible they failed to tell me in like 15 phone calls that my area was uniliga for the unlimited home internet but yet they've been charging me for several months for it and now they're acting like they have a choice whether to refund my money for a service that they told me they could provide and then we're not able to that and they have waited the questions of whether they were able to provide the service that I was paying for them or not and then when I asked him directly on like the 15th call they finally told me the truth this company is not to be trusted. Sorry for any mistakes and texting I'm tired and I'm using talk text

Had 3 lines. $120 a month, not a problem. Added a line to bump me up to the family plan, 4 lines also $120, perfect. Get the next bill, $185? He'll no. While setting up the phone with the Rep in Albany Mall, activation was supposed to be 25-35, SIM another 10-15, free phone for adding a line, but then a $90 charge? How's that add up rep? Whatever, just paid it anyway to get the phone. Tried calling customer service about the bill, absolutely no option put me through to a person. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! In person and through customer service. Changing carriers today. Tired of the scandalous reps in person and b.s. Bye Felicia.
