“We couldn’t be happier with our decision to purchase a quarter from Stipp Family Beef. From the second we unwrapped it, you can see this is quality and beautiful-looking meat. Our first night, we seasoned and slow-cooked a savory pot roast in a red wine topped with rosemary and thyme. This roast was tender and practically melted in your mouth, and the crispy and caramelized edges were off-the-charts delicious. And the ground beef is flavorful and tender and cooks up perfectly!I was raised on meat from off the farm and had high expectations when we decided to purchase from Stipp. I was looking for someone with the know-how to feed and raise cattle for slaughter and also someone who works cattle with compassion and takes pride in this work and producing exceptional quality meat.
