Love this store, just purchased designer Ralph Lauren Roman gift set perfume normally $145 & I paid $69. Wow I love it, never knew they carried quality perfumes, staff is wonderful, never given a problem with returnable items, after 30 days tho they give store credit. Bought many designer clothes there. Cooper S. Is an outstanding employee, he is very helpful, knowledgeable about his dept. He told me to watch for designer perfumes & he was right, I can't believe they had Ralph Lauren here. Yahoo!!!

TERRIBLE customer service. I went for a in store credit exchange and they would not allow me to return the merchandise because they said it was a hair curler and it had touched my hair. It had not it was too large for my hair. Then I SENT IN MY BOYFRIEND TO RETURN and all of sudden the lady wanted to return the merchandise? Mmmm sounds like she had issues with women? And should not he working retail if they are going to pick and choose who the allow refunds too. Very unhappy. I was there on 1/15 at 130pm. 2 ladies at the front counter.

I like going to Marshalls to see what types of discounted goods I might need before paying full price elsewhere. I've been lucky to snag a few great deals from this particular location. My favorite items are organizational products and pet accessories/brand name snacks. With that said, there is plenty of room for improvement at this location as well.The selection of clothing and sizes are lacking unless you are a baby, child, or smaller sized adult. The last few times I've been there, the shelves were so crammed full of unorganized product that merchandise was falling on the floor or I had to remove merchandise to look behind it. It is especially an issue in the food storage and pet products.I also encountered an employee that kept coming up to me asking if I needed help. I explained that I did not and was browsing for a gift. She then proceeded to keep talking to me about her personal issues. I'm an empathetic person, and I don't mind listening, but it is unprofessional of an employee to stop a customer for a discussion about their home life. I've also been stopped stopped numerous times on the same visits asking if I needed help, even multiple times by the same employees.I'll continue shopping here, and I do recommend this store if you are looking for a bargain. I recommend giving yourself some extra time in the store since there is a lot to go through, especially in the areas with excess merchandise. I also don't recommend handling some of the purses. The alarms are very sensitive and can go off with the slightest touch or movement.

Loads of stuff in the store but loads of garbage to walk through outside of store. Was prepared to spend loads of money but got followed by staff the entire time, so that kept the fun of shopping to a minimum and the money was spent somewhere else. The bathroom did have someone's dirty clothing in it.....

Picture not taken, but the men's restroom door scrapes against the floor, causing permanent marks on the floor and harder to close. Since there is only one doorhandle on the inside, you cant close the bathroom door.The store, at this visit, also has empty soap despensers, just a bottle from an offbrand.Yeesh. Not good.

Seems like they get the old stuff at this one - also employees are trained to follow customers around asking them if they need help- over and over again. I found this extremely annoying!Also, like many stores 10 or more years ago they limit the number of clothes you can try in at a time. I’ve been in a lot of marshals all over the US and this one was the worst.

Great Halloween decorations! Very sad plus size section.... lots of clearance racks but almost nothing in the one rack of plus sized tops and a couple of pants. Come on, Marshall's!

NO CHANGING TABLE IN THE BATHROOMS!!!When I asked about it to manager I was told next time I can use the fitting room. There is no place to wash hand in the fitting room. Please put in changing tables!!
