Yesterday, we adopted this sweet goofball (they called him Jake, he’s Ollie now). The deputies were all nice and truly seem to care about the animals there. Their costs are very fair and they even set up his neuter appointment for me. Cannot recommend enough, thank you all for our boy!

I just moved to Albany and needed to get my dog microchiped (costs $20) and registered (can cost anywhere from $10-$15). The officers helping me were so amazing! Very sweet, kind, and respectful. They loved my dog and treated her with a lot of care and affection.

My grandson Mitchell is blind and has a prosthetic eye he is also autistic. The people there were more than understanding, they helped him find a companion that matched up with his needs. They were informative and very polite. Thank you all for your compassion and understanding. You are truly appreciated.

Inept, rude,awful and always has been. They wasted taxpayer funds to fight with me over 5 bucks. I will no longer donate. You deserved every bit of my anger. Poor service all around. I hope the dogs get treated better .
