It's so small compared to all the other fairs I've been to. I've been twice in the last 10 years. I probably won't go again. I'll wait for the state fair in Salem.

Pretty good for a fair but the prices were steep and most goods weren't good quality. The food was awesome and the entertainment on point. The cost of games however is ridiculous

Fun place to visit when in Oregon! We stayed at the local hotel that was literally 4 minutes in walking distance. This is a place that you can definitely go to while being on a budget! We enjoyed the animals on display in the buildings/barn. The concerts were soooo good! We were so surprised with the bands that performed for FREE!! There wasn't that many food vendors but when we did buy food, it tasted great!

This event center hosts the Black Sheep Gathering every June, on the last weekend. We have so much fun with the sheep and goats plus the related events. A must see even if there is a bit of a drive from your home.

The website instructions re: what can be brought in were different than what was enforced at the gate by the contracted security team. Online said to bring a clear bag for your possessions; no backpacks, etc. I get there and purses and backpacks are searched and let thru...not a clear plastic bag to be found aside from myself and my party. When I let one of the security people know the discrepancy, he was a bit of a condescending prat about it. Last year I had to dump my water out. This year, no rules about water. It also seemed like the parking lot arrangement was a bit too blocked off. Let's be consistent, kids.

Wr stayed at the campsites and the water was not drinkable. It was quiet and nice. Hard to get in and out when the gates were locked.
