What an awesome experience. I felt like I was actually seen and not taken advantage of. Thought my car needed a larger job turns out it was only the battery. James was up front and honest and said he could only replace the battery as that was all my vehicle needed. I was told by Stuart/Eric at Les Schwab Mobile Dept, it was my alternator. I will only be taking my vehicles to James Garage from here on out. Thank you again James!

I have taken my cars to James for many years. He remains fair and honest. He always helps me out and goes out of his way to make it work. I don't take my cars anywhere else.

I recently had a loud sqeak coming from the engine of my Honda civic. I had taken my car to another repair shop first and they couldn't fix the problem even after I had brought my car to them twice. I brought my car to James, he looked at the engine and told me what was really going on with the loud speaking noise and they immediately fixed the problem. From now on, I'll be taking my car to James Garage because James & his workers know what they're doing when it comes to car repairs.

I called James and gave him a brief explanation of what was going on with my car and he knew right away what was wrong and set me up with an appointment. They had the repairs done in 2 hours at a very reasonable price!

I drive an old car that breaks down randomly on a weekly basis, James has never failed to get me in and fix my car in 30 minutes or less. And he charges a very reasonable price and even shows and explains what's wrong with it. Best mechanic.

James was really courteous and friendly. He handled my immediate needs without trying to talk me into upcharged services that were not needed. Scheduling was easy and the repairs (belt and brakes) was really fast and seemless. Thank you James!
