“I went into the store and was hopping mad. I unloaded my frustration on the young man who asked if he could help me. This was in regards to how my 92 year old father had been sold alot of services he did not ask for, then refused to answer his calls when he had questions understanding what he'd signed up for. Long story short...,it was the Clay Street store who'd messed with my dad and all of his internet services.
I want to commend this young man for his professionalism with dealing with me and, embarrassingly enough, I had the wrong store. ? I will frequent this Verizon store if I have need. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of the Verizon store on Clay.
