So far, I've had a haircut and a pedicure here and I'm quite pleased with the results. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I recommend Level 3 Salon and Spa.

With very little notice, Neva fit me into her schedule and gave me the exact haircut I asked for. She is very kind and is a good listener and in these days of COVID-19, follows all the rules mandated for hair salons. I will definitely go back!
