Bait and switch pricing, rude and ignorant checker. Refrigerated Soup was sitting in front of a Sale sign .97. tried to charge me to $4 each checker was juggling it around trying to figure out how to correct the total had to call a manager whom seemed disinterested in the situation or correcting anything. Finished the transaction picked up the soup the lid came off and broke apart on the ground. They wouldn't replace it. Had to leave with 1 item, a bill for two, and a complete distain for grocery outlet.

Lots of variety, the store started out having a lot of things other stores didn't. Over the years, they have grown and are more similar to other grocery stores and carry a lot of the same items. However, they still sell interesting knick knacks you don't typically don't find at a grocery store.

My wife and I both used to manage at a grocery outlet so we have made a habit of stoping at everyone we can. We like to compare because we know what they're capable of! Albany is a pretty clean store that keeps a decent inventory. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. We would just like to see more product on the shelves. Sometimes it looks like they're clearing out their inventory. Other grocery outlets carry more SKUs and more product in general. Has the necessities at good prices. Not too many mark ups either.

Great store to find deals. It's my go to store. I have noticed items vary by store locations. More beer selections at junction city outlet as opposed to this one. Stores are always clean and stocked nicely.

Some of the items are quite well priced. Lots of specialty cheeses, poor selection of bread though.
