I've been going there a couple years with never the same stylist, but my hair grows fast so..whatever. I took my 10 yr old granddaughters there a few days ago. They wanted a trim, straighten the length, clean it up, trim the dead ends. One of the girls was not even in the chair 5 min, stylist didn't touch the front, ends, sides nothing except the length to cut straight across. The other girl didn't even sit, stylist had her stand to cut her hair straight across also. I was told one of the girls would get the child discount because she was 10. It was $1.00. I responded their both 10. $44. Dollars for less than 5 min. I will not be returning. When I get home I find on their website there is a $10.99 child haircut for 10yrs and under. Would have been nice to have at least been offered the cheaper price.

Randi cut my hair, did a great job, good talk, left satisfied which is something i cant say for most places I've been to in the past

I’m really getting tired of going to great clips and there’s always different people not the same people because not everybody knows how to cut hair. This last time I went, this girl did not cut my hair thing. I had to keep repeating to tell her please cut more you know when somebody says 2 to 3 inches that means cut 2 to 3 inches when I walk out of the hair salon feeling like what She never did cut my hair off now I’m having to find a new place to go because I’m tired of not having my haircut

I got my haircut there twice, and yesterday was the last time I went. I was trying to give this place a second chance, and the two times I was there and showed them my inspiration photo it was only glanced at. My hair hasn't turned out the way I wanted it to and it's a uneven chop job. They didn't even ask me if I liked the length and if they did they'd somewhat ignore it. Or be in their own reality. My hair wasn't even separated before being cut, like the first time. I just feel like they should pay more attention to the clients hair their cutting instead of talking to the other workers.

Felicia has been cutting my hair for over a year now and she does an awesome job. I wouldn't get my hair cut by anyone else. She's professional and very experienced and very polite. We hope you get more stylists like her to better your establishment.

Says open to 7pm. Looked online on app, no wait time. Get there at 6:45 and they have cleaned up and shut down. All I needed was a trim, 10mins tops, wouldn't. Don't see why they would advertise to 7pm, but close their doors early. Maybe should change their hours to be accurate. I also don't understand why they open at 9am while everyone is at work. Open earlier, like 7am, get people before they go to an interview or their day job.
Update: came back at a later date, mid day, stylist was chatting with me, I mentioned they were closed earlier than advertised when I tried to come a several weeks ago, stylist said no they never closed early in an adamant tone like I was mistaken or lying. Wasn't very pleased with that. She said the only time they would ever close early was if they didn't have power. Really? A place that cuts hair with scissors would close without power? Sure. And ranchers can't ranch if it's cloudy outside.

Felicia has been cutting my hair for almost a year now. The cuts are consistent and great and we always have great conversations. I recommend this place to get a good haircut, ask for Felicia.
