I wanted a beautiful bouquet to send to my beautiful friend who is recovering from surgery. The day before the delivery, the florist called and apologized for not having the exact color/flowers to complete the bouquet that was pictured. Would it be alright to substitute and she could send me pictures for my approval. I replied that as long as the flowers were happy and would put a smile on my friend's face, I trust their judgment. My friend sent me a photo and we both have smiles on our faces. Thank you FlowersNMore for great service and product. May God continue to bless your business. Highly recommend!

Availability of flowers could have been better. I was trying to get blue or teal colored flowers, and Irises that seemed more purple to me at least, were the closest available thing. So that part was kind of disappointing. It was nice to be able to get a pre-made arrangement on a moment's notice though, & I enjoyed the free small cards that you can put with the flowers.
