Very friendly and competent service. A wide variety of goods. From housewares to complete outfits, with accessories as well. The prices are worth the quality of product. Emma's is a treasure.

This place is ADORABLE ❤️ I usually shy away from boutique-like shops because I assume none of the clothes will fit me (I’m usually an XL) but my husband encouraged me to go in anyway. Not only did they have ADORABLE XL dresses, but their home decor, jewelry, and mugs were all wonderful too! I tried on a few dresses and even though none were quite what I was looking for, the gals working there were so helpful and attentive. Very much looking forward to returning and hopefully being able to make a purchase next time!

I shop in this store quite often. Always love the staff, they are helpful and friendly. Clothing is unique and well crafted. And the household items are very hard to resist! I continue to be a very loyal customer!

Always great stuff. Fun, eclectic, pretty, diverse. Quality, I love Emma's. I usually can't afford their prices. But their sales are great. I picked up a pair of palazzo pants that are so comfortable. Like wearing a cloud. If I'm downtown I go in. Don't pass this place up. Really good place for gifts.

I had a great experience at this store. They have the cutest things and when I bought something and the zipper broke, they took care of getting it fixed for me. Will absolutely go back and highly reccomend to anyone in the area!

This shop is super cute and I have visited it 5 times and made purchases. My issue is customer service and after my last visit on Saturday I will shop elsewhere to support local businesses. Every time I have been in this shop I am ignored and when I ask questions dismissed. On this visit I was pressured to finish in the dressing room so a known customer could use it and I was never offered any help with sizes etc. They seem to be very helpful to customers they know and recognize but not to a less frequent shopper like myself. Thus I am done.

The cutest things. I could spend hours shopping here. Wish I lived in Albany, not So Cal. So much variety and helpful, friendly staff. Spent more than I had planned on - gifts for all, even me.
