The staff here are nice, but I would not recommend this pharmacy in its current state. My normal experience is arriving, then waiting 5-10 minutes with no one acknowledging me existing. I just had to wait around 15 minutes in the drive through, despite there only being two people in front of me. It is a far cry from other smaller pharmacies I've used, where I'm acknowledged immediately once I get to the desk, and where others in front of me are dealt with in a minute or two at most.Please hire more staff so that you can have two distinct lines, both inside and outside, and process people with more rapidity.

A couple of months ago I was trying to get my heart medicine from them for a little over a week. They refused to give me any of my medicine because they couldn't figure out my insurance even though my insurance was good till next year. I ended up having to wait over a week for my heart medicine. I was having chest pains for over a week and now I'm trying trying to get ahold of the pharmacy again to get my refill but they won't answer the phones. This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever been to.

According to the hospital, Elm st. lost my prescription. Come to find out, they use FAX MACHINES to fill orders, and losing orders is a regular occurrence.

Don't use them if you can't remember every prescription name specifically that you take. If you can't remember the name they won't refill it for

These people are amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Quick service and the drive through makes it even easier to get in and out. Very knowledgeable and charismatic staff.

Never asked to be put on mailing for prescriptions! Needless to say their screwup and I am still waiting for prescription. Top it off they want me to pay for a 5 day supply to tie me over till it Hopefully arrives. Very Much Angry!

Any four star review about this pharmacy is review fraud. They tell you that your prescription has been filled when it has not. They never have anything in stock.

I've been with this pharmacy for years. I moved and was getting my prescriptions mailed to me and after receiving prescriptions at my new address for 6 months they randomly mailed my prescription to my old address. The pharmacist denied sending it there, even after the new tenants verified receiving it. And the pharmacy told me my only option is to pay out of pocket for another month's supply of my medication.
