“Well I just GOT TO give a HUGE Kuddo/Shout Out to Employee " John" down at our Albany, Oregon T-Mobile Store. Poor guy...I had been bugging him all week for help! I was really missing Andrew at first cuz Andrew was great too and wonderful with me as I am severely hearing impaired and not the best computer/phone literate! I was hesitant at first with John and worried I wouldn't ever get finished what needed to be done!
I am here to tell you not only was John VERY GOOD at making sure that I could actually hear and understand him, he is very good at his job and expertise in the cell phone business. His Customer Service was Superb! And a great personality and humor is a definite plus in my book! So....I Thank You John So Very Much for ALL YOUR HELP JOHN (and putting up with Me)!

“This is my favorite 7-Eleven, and I have been in a LOT of them . The store is easy to access, in and out, it is cleaner than the run of the mill 7-Eleven locations, I find the employees friendlier (Thank You Jean, Abby, Virginia, Alexus, and the rest of the crew), and, last but not least, their updated soda machine can add cherry flavoring to my Super Big Gulp full of caffeine-free Diet Coke. Delicious! This 7-Eleven location is head and shoulders above the rest. Five Stars.”

“My favorite coffee from 7 Eleven is the delicious, fruity, and crisp Blueberry Coffee . It's very mild and sweet with a light finish made with 100% Arabic Coffee. Second favorite is the Peppermint Bark with it's festive aroma, notes of peppermint (mild) and medium-bodied Flavor. Store claims it is full-bodied but I disagree. Courteous employees maintain the Coffee bar area. With many extra flavors at my fingertips, I can make many different flavored coffees. In addition to the selection of creamer. They have powdered creamer, International Delight in many flavors, and 2 types of sugar, saccharin. Hands down the best place to make your own coffee for 1/3 the cost of a drive-thru coffee shop. It's great to save money, get deals, and use the points I saved up. Clean and full stocked right now for our pleasure.”

“I went to Verizon in Albany, and worked with Hannah. I had a complicated case of transferring my family to Verizon from ATT, and also unraveling a complicated issue I got into with the Verizon application process (too long to describe here). She was able to work the problems professionally, expediently, fairly, and in the end I walked away quite happy I have made the switch to Verizon. She was well versed on the processes and tools available to her and she found a way to get my issues sorted. THANK YOU to HANNAH, and VERIZON.”

“I go here so often because of April, the store manager. She is great, always happy to see me, and just a really nice person to be around. I don't get that level of customer service or friendly conversation anywhere else.If you go here and April is not in, the service is going to be a 50/50 depending on the person.But the store is clean, most things are usually stocked, and I like making it a frequent stop.
