I stopped in to buy some floor bolts for my flatbed trailer. Great people, sure enough. If I ever buy another trailer it will for sure be from them!

Over the last 9 yrs, we purchased two horse trailers from Double J in Albany. We always appreciated the great help, the quality trailers they carry and their commitment to great service after the purchase.Last year we did have a problem there, but the story has a happy ending;we took our living quarter trailer in to have a few things taken care of and were upset when camping to discover important things had not actually been fixed. Ron was not working there at the time and apparently service had gone downhill. Ron is there again and my husband talked with him recently about the situation and Ron went way over and beyond to rectify the problems and even at no charge. We appreciate his integrity and all of his efforts to make sure we are happy customers and they will continue to be our go to trailer place and the place we recommend to others.Thank you, Double J!!

A couple of weeks ago, a friend and I were coming home from a camping trip. We called Double J in Albany to see if they could take a look at our hot water heater. They squeezed us in, and the service tech (Smarty or Smiley) was amazing. He not only fixed the problem but showed me how to troubleshoot it.Thank you for the excellent customer service!

My Niece purchased a livestock cage from Double J Trailers. I was in the area and picked it up for her. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Good, Honest, Wholesome place to purchase a trailer from! If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I don't know if I would have believed these kinds of businesses still existed. They took care of us by phone, and when we arrived 2 wks later everything was ready and completed exactly as we had discussed by phone. No complaints here. The personal were attentive, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They have a vast selection of trailers, and we were very happy with the price. I would definitely recommend the Double J Trailers. Thank you so much Ms. Katelyn.

After they did such an amazing job getting my old horse trailer up to snuff for the summer, I took my truck in to have a brake system installed. Sparkey happened to look at the hand brake that came with my truck, tested it and installed it for me. Saved me tons of money! The whole crew is awesome everytime I go in! Thank you!

Sparky and his team are great! They got us in the same day, returned our trailer the next day. They were able to determine the issue wasn’t our brakes, and saved us a bunch of money by fixing the real problem! They sell tires too! We’ll be using them for all our utility trailer maintenance!

Double J hooked it up! Great trailer, for a fair price, and excellent service. Sparky and the guys really took great care of me. They went above and beyond the call of duty when trying to get me a trailer that day, despite so many circumstances, and after I made the long drive to the valley to visit some other sub par dealers. I won’t make that mistake again. Thank you everyone at Double J Trailers.

I had my horse trailer packed and ready to go to Colorado and as I pulled out of the driveway my trailer brakes failed. We called Double J trailers and talked to Ron and explained our situation. He said bring it in ASAP and they would do everything they could to get it fixed same day. Ron and Sparky worked hard and fast and had it back to me within a couple hours with the problem fixed. Since we were in such a time crunch it meant the world to me that they immediately took us in and got the problem fixed in more than a timely matter. They’re great people, great service, and they do amazing work. I highly recommend Double J Trailers.

Double J in Albany is amazing! Great selection of beautiful living quarters horse trailers! Patti, Samantha, Joe in the office took great care of us. Sparky and all his guys in the service department were top notch! So friendly and went above to help us in every way!

As a first time buyer I could not have had a better experience. They were able to walk me through all the available brands and models of horse trailers while explaining what might work best for me. They even offered to have my bring my horses down and make sure they fit in the particular one I wanted. It was so easy to communicate with them through the purchase process. We financed and they made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I will definitely be going back when it is time to upgrade and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market.
