My mom and I came in for 5G phones because we only get 5G service where we live. They told us we didn't need them and even gave me the 4G version of the 5G phone I asked for. Then, they told us that we couldn't buy our phones without also buying a $30 Shark-Tank "liquid screen protector" and a $30 pair of counterfeit Airpod pro 4s called "Pro 4"(apple charger and everything lol). They didn't even put the liquid screen protector on correctly. When we contacted other retailers, they had no idea about the "bundle" they made us buy. Another cricket retailer is letting us exchange them for the phones we asked for, thankfully.

The guy working was too busy talking about tattoos to even acknowledge we walked in. We waited 15 min and he still was to busy with the conversation that had nothing to do with phones, to help us. 2 phone sales were lost
