Great store. Some stuff is way over priced. Lol like kids toys. (Now I know why my folks hated buying bryer horses) and they never have the lacers I want. But all in all good store for farm stuff.

Dave Adams helped us find the price in a trailer and was able to get us a great deal on the last remaining trailer. He is a great guy and was so easy to work with. They were having trouble finding a key to get the hitch lock off and was willing to take the hitch off and install a new one off the shelf to get us out of there. Insane customer service and just a friendly individual. Thanks Dave.

Went in to purchase camp chairs in their ad and couldn't find any! Asked for help and they pointed me to sporting goods! NO CHAIRS! WOW!

I think I'm done with them. The last few years, they've really went downhill. Can't find anyone to help, and when you do, they seem put out, or you're bothering them.

Staff is friendly enough. Cashier rounded up my purchase price for a charity without asking me or telling me what it was for. I certainly don't mind donating, but you should at least tell me what it's for. Overpriced for the goods. Hats starting at $38.

I am currently not happy with the Albany OR Coastal Farm Store. I don't know who the store manager is but he or she needs to retrain all staff except for the staff at the gun counter - those people know what they are doing and talking about - but 95% of the front end cashiers and employees are stuck-up or not trained enough, causing me to walk out and not buy the overpriced chicken coop that my wife and I wanted to get. I have spent a lot of money at this specific store in the last 5 years, from guns to a gun safe, and all my chicken feed. Today the girl I talked to did not know how to use any of the software your store uses to take payment and start layaways. I gave her a good 5 to 10 mins before I finally gave up on her and decided not to hand over cash for a down payment because I don't think she has the training to actually make sure the product I want is set aside in my name and documented, even though another employee was supposed to set it aside for me yesterday, which clearly was not done. And when I say stuck-up employees, I mean the young girls that work here that think they are "country", don't have any manners or customer service skills and only work at Coastal because they think it is some sort of status symbol. That is my rant for today, and I never post negative Google reviews, but this store really made me mad.

Went in looking for a specific item. Looked around finally someone asked if I needed help. Cashier was more interested in putting something back the checking customers out. Customer service is dead and it's a shame.

I think that they should have more cashiers. 1 woman was not enough for the flow of customers.
